In general, this place is good - the location is great, the staff are friendly, and the beds are comfy, their security level is great There is also a huge outdoor space where you can have breakfast or chill in the evening However, I felt that a few things needed to be fixed. There was only one shower working on the floor, and the water pressure wasn’t good enough to properly shower. There also wasn’t enough space to put your clothes while taking a shower In addition you have to pay for a locker

The vibe was amazing, it was beautiful clean and youthfull, many extra common Spaces and beautiful!!!

Good shared spaces for quiet time in air con or outside and comfortable mattress. Was advertised as having lock boxes/safes for each guest in rooms- this was untrue. All large lockboxes were taken by others and locked (when I asked what the go was with the staff they told me to ask the other guests to move their things- as the only women in the shared room). Other people in the room had the same issues as well and we had nowhere to store our things. Was told there are lockers to put things in when arriving early or leaving late (before or after check-in/out) but on arrive there were none available and there people's things just all over the room. You had to pay for a locker to put things in- a service most hostels will do for free to an extent on time. Women's bathroom has a huge window to the street/walkway that anyone from outside could easily access. Could only get drinking water by asking at reception for them to fill a water bottle.

The location was great. It was comfy, I had the room for myself even so it was very quiet. It's close to the old port so it's good for staying. The vibe is nice too. The real bad thing was that while it had a air conditioning, it didn't work at all. So I ended up sleeping with the windows open, which was sort of ok. Yet, in the heat, it was hard. Also the day of the check-out there was a woman who just entered without even saying hi, 1 hour before me leaving and it was a bit rude. She just entered, checked I was getting ready and left.

This hostel is the one you can only like. It is clean. I was on the 6 beds room. There is a lot of space, bed are comfy. every bed as a large locker. That’s very appreciable. And the team is really nice. Common area are very clean. There is a big area outside. It is very calm at night and rooms have air conditioning. Great experience. Great location. I’ll come back if I have to find an hostel again here. I recommend this place.

Un très bel établissement, très confortable, bien situé, à deux pas du métro et un arrêt de la gare St-Charles. L'accès aux chambres se fait dans l'ascenseur par la carte personnelle de la chambre, aucun moyen d'aller à un autre étage que le sien, un plus ! Espaces lits comme des capsules, très bien insonorisés, on n'entend pas la personne du dessus ou du dessous, avec prise et prises USB, lumière personnelle que l'on peut tamiser, rideau occultant. Un coffre sécurisé par lit, qui se ferme avec sa carte d'accès est fourni. Salle de douche plutôt spacieuse avec toilette. Lits très confortables, chambres très bien insonorisées, un vrai plus! Des casiers à cadenas (non fournis) sont disponibles par lit dans la chambre. Au rdc il y un grand espace extérieur comme une véranda, un espace intérieur assez minime, sans cuisine pour y cuisiner mais un bar et le réception. Le prix est imbattable ! Aucune explication du fonctionnement à l'arrivée, réception plutôt expéditive. Pas d'armoires ni crochets pour y déposer ses affaires dans la chambre. Les casiers à cadenas sont trop petits. Une grande valise n'y entre pas. Mais c'est tout...
