Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. I really enjoyed my stay. Nothing in particular, everything went well.

The hotel was very clean although the chamber maid didn’t replenish our used mugs in the room which we can overlook. It was walking distance to the main shopping mall I felt the staff were rude. Felipe who checked us in was beyond rude. We arrived very late at night and his mannerisms were unwelcoming and rude. I felt the breakfast was average but they didn’t have almond milk as a dairy alternative only oat

The hotel is extremely well located, clean, organized. Rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated with lots of amenities. The staff was extremely friendly! I would 100% stay again. Breakfast was a little overpriced.
