I booked one room through Booking.com. My confirmed reservation total is €610.25. However, my credit card has been charged €1,804.75 by the hotel. This amount does not match my confirmed reservation. I have already contacted the hotel multiple times by phone and email, but they have not responded at all. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly with the property, but they have ignored my requests. As this reservation was made through Booking.com, I expect Booking.com to take responsibility for assisting me and resolving this issue with the property as soon as possible. Please investigate why I was charged €1,804.75 instead of the confirmed amount of €610.25, and help arrange an immediate refund of the incorrect charge. I would appreciate your prompt response, as this is a serious billing issue. Thank you.

Really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was some noise from late-night check-ins, but that’s due to other guests rather than the hostel itself. Overall, a great experience!

Room, facilities, personal, location, cleaning. The dry cycle of the laundry wasn’t working, fortunately there was a laundry very near the hotel

Very clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly and polite. The location does not match the culture of the hostel. There is a very big gap between the people who live there and the people who are using the hotel.

Hotel was nice but a little dated. Room was clean. Staff was polite. The location wasn’t super close to center or train station. The neighborhood was very busy.

Price is reasonable Room supply is minimal. More like a dorm room

Not much Rigidity of the staff who religiously insist to get you the room starting 15:00 sharp even if rooms are available. Everything usually included in a normal hotel you have to pay extra, like keeping a piece of luggage for an hour…

Very good communal area The double bed in with the singles was a bit weird?

Very well located, you can find anything you need at walking distance

Themis was very helpful and very good at on his job ! Thank you neighbour. Clean and comfortable hotel, breakfast was nice

if you are looking for an accomodation to stay as a family! then this is a great option. sometimes its too crowded with students, I saw different groups of young students staying at this place all together.

Location is good and well prepared breakfast Jıst bed and closet. Not even a slippery in the rooms.

Location wasn't greastest

Location, price, breakfast , cleaning and staff were good. We only used it for sleeping so it was very good for us Overall it was good but more convenient for young people travelling, nothing fancy or luxury , very basic.

There was a school trip or something happening and there were swarms of loud children. There were kids in the hallway making tons of noise. But the staff took care or it.
