The staff helped us change room to one that was less bad. Air-conditioning barely cooled the room. Very noisy. There was a strong smell in the corridor

good near the trams to get into the main city there were stains in the sheets of the other twin bed next to mine. they almost looked like blood which was pretty gross

There is no small towels to face, small rooms with no place to put luggage after take out clothes to little wardrobe. mold in bathroom and weird smell from sink. expensive for this standard.

The staff was nice, but that’s all… Very dirty, smells bad on the hallways and they don’t clean the rooms properly. The bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom was awfull and dirty, horrible experience!

Location A lot of things, WiFi doesn't work. The unsafe way of locking the room. The code machines, reception doesn't speak good English. Overpriced

Location was great with connections to the metro right outside. The room was nice with comfortable beds. The staff were very accomodating.

Staff was really helpful Parking is an absolute nightmare mare if you have a big car like me I struggled to get in and ended up scraping my car the staff where really helpful In helping me try and get into the underground car park

Good location. Toilet was not clean. Sink had a hole in it. It was dripping water under the tap when you start the water. Stop in the sink.
