all was good especially the location . near the bus stop staff was helpfull spoke english and help us to get around. the homeless people around the area.
-
Staff(She said a lot of bad words during our check in like putain and it took a lot of time just to check in).
-
No closet, fridge or ice available for the room. Only 2 towels given and they were overly used and cheap. Beds were not well put together.
-
The people were helpful and accommodating The floor in the room was vinyl, the bed top moved around a lot, there was no working fan in the bathroom and the window was small- making the already small room feel claustrophobic.
-
Breakfast was the best, room smaller than expected
-
Good location, can’t really comment. It is on a principal street, well maintained and not far from anywhere. Relatively ok for the price. Wasn’t so clean, the cleaning was made very superficial. We had some empty bottles waiting to be thrown for 3 days. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, neither the pillows
-
The staff was very friendly and very frank about parking on the street out in front of the hotel overnight. Wasnt as close to the main waterfront area as I thought, but guess that is more on me. Room as a bit smaller than I expected but for the price and only one night it was fine.
-
The room was small, no safe, not enough space to put our bags.
-
meet all expectations
-
Room was a cold, reduced, impersonal space devoid of charm. No furniture other than bed and minimal bed tables. Third bed was terribly unconfortable. Not even a bottle of water, much less a coffe machine. Not worth excesive price.
-
It was generally ok , typical IBIS 3 star. with good location and acceptable breakfast . no safety box and fridge . seems I should have read it during the booking more carefully .
-
The rooms were very clean, the staff friendly and the hotel is close to la joliette metro station which we took to go to Stade Velodrome ( about 10 mn ) The bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows

The bedroom with a bathroom - all clean. The basics like tv, ac or shampoo and towels were provided. Very comfortable and king size bed. Nice, modern neighbourhood and very welcoming staff. To the staff manager: I wanted to take a moment to mention how much I enjoyed the breakfast service during my stay - especially the thoughtful attention from Gaëtan. His warm, welcoming attitude each morning really stood out. When I mentioned some dietary preferences (gluten and lactose intolerance), he made sure I had everything I needed, even remembering small details the next day. It's that kind of genuine care that makes all the difference for guests. Having worked in the similar industry myself when adolescent, I know how much effort goes into maintaining that level of service day after day. Please know it doesn't go unnoticed and take care of good personnel so they don’t get burned out. Warm regards! The only missing would be a small fridge in the room and mosquito net in the windows.

This hotel was on a well lit street on the tram line which was very useful when returning at night. The facilities were excellent considering what was paid and I'd highly recommend it to others. Perhaps a kettle in the room and a weighing scale for luggage.
-
Location is superb. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Room size was acceptable which we knew, but there's basically nothing in the room, no kettle, no storage space, it's barely a place to sleep, stay in this basic and tiny room cannot be considered as comfortable honestly.
-
Practical location a bit out of centre, but still good walking distance to St Charles, 20 mins to Vieux Port, and 5 mins to metro Joliette, in a modernized neigborhood.. Room in the known basic Ibis way, with a tiny touch of style. I was in an upper floor to the north side, which was quiet. Good breakfast, useful bar. Even though there is no lack of good restaurants in walking distance, the option for dinner in the hotel is useful when arriving late, and the kitchen was good. A hotwater maker or coffee machine in the room would be nice, but that's looking for an invisible hair in the soup as by default it is not part of the Ibis deal.

It's a hotel in a safe area, next to a big shopping mall and with plenty of choices to eat. Actually the hotel's restaurant is very good! Clean rooms and helpful staff. Recommended!
