+ Very comfortable beds and air conditioning in the room. + Daily housekeeping and clean rooms. + Smooth and easy check-in. + Excellent value for money. + Convenient location, right next to Marseille Saint-Charles train station. - Despite the convenient location, the area around the hotel is not the most pleasant to walk around in the evening. - Breakfast is served until 10:00am, which could be extended a little later (definitely on weekends). - Breakfast is quite basic, and the breakfast room can get rather crowded.

Clean, tidy and staff was extremely helpful. Even helping to call a taxi to the city centre. Safety is there, guests are issued with a card to tap in after 11 pm. Everything was excellent.

I was helped really well by the staff when I realised I had lost my wallet with my room key and ID. The hotel is clean, well located near the station and good value for money. The rooms are simple, clean and practical: comfortable bed, working wifi, a desk, working bathroom. The breakfast was nice as well. The area surrounding the hotel is very dirty, lot’s of rats and homelessness.

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is unsafe, especially for women at night. The staff and security are completely unwelcoming and never smile. Housekeeping is poor, room cleaning isn't daily unless requested (otherwise just towel/trash swaps at the door), towels smell like vinegar, bathrooms aren't cleaned daily, and there’s no wardrobe. The outdated hotel relies on only two slow elevators. Breakfast feels like a dirty school cafeteria with sticky floors, uncleaned tables, paper cups, poor food, self-cleared trays, and a water dispenser that shuts off at 10 AM.

Location was great for us, friendly people all around the hotel Beds were not comfortable for us, not possible to choose joined beds, breakfast missing some bacon or other cooked meat, but overall tasty and appreciate the concentration of the juices. In other hotels use to taste more like water

everything’s fine its clean and comfortable i didn’t like the smell on the bathroom i dont know why its very clean but i think theres a smell coming from inside of the toilet even if you dont poop or pee the smell its still there It smells like a sewer. The smell isn’t too strong, but it doesn’t go away. I think there may not be enough ventilation, or the problem could be coming from underneath the toilet.
