This was a superb stay in the heart of Marsaille, with a delightful cool pool to retreat to from the busy city. The rooms are well considered with comfortable beds, hot showers and accessible hooks and hangers for your clothes. There is a generous provision of local juices and tea/coffee throughout the day. The breakfasts are tasteful, simple but substantial and highlight rustic french cuisine. I personally don’t like having smokers in the communal area, but I appreciate that this is much more acceptable on the continent. This hotel is also for all ages, however, this can feel awkward as the pool is quite small and young children did not always appreciate the need to be mindful of other guests.

We very much enjoyed that it can accommodate 12 people. It was very amazing. The rooms met our standards. We wish the air conditioning was better. It was only cool at night with the lights off.

A delightful, boutique-style hotel and a true hidden gem! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Tabita was exceptional, incredibly kind, helpful and attentive, doing everything to ensure we felt at home. The compact pool was a lovely surprise and a real highlight of our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Huge thanks to the whole team; we will be back without hesitation!

The pool and jacuzzi were a fantastic feature for a property in this location. A real oasis in the heart of the city. Nothing. The property was unique and very welcoming. Felt like staying in someone’s home.

The hotel was beautiful and a very peaceful evironment. It is in a fantastic location within walking distance to lots of great restuarants and bars, and close to the Metro (it is very easy to get to Saint Charles) and about a 20-30 minute walk to the Old Port. The pool was a great way to cool down and the jacuzzi was lovely. The beds were comfy and the facilities were clean. The room was cool with the air con, and we appreciated the plug sockets by each bed. The room we stayed in was the Family Suite (Cabanon), which was very pretty, however, we felt the practicality of the room could have been better. For example, the room has the capacity to sleep nine people, but really is only big enough for about four people maximum to stay. There is no door to the second bedroom (we asked the hotel to hang a curtain which helped) and there is nowhere to put any of your belongings and only four chairs and three small stools for sitting (fine for us but perhaps a problem for bigger groups). There is no storage in the bathroom, or in any of the bedrooms. There is a cupboard space which amounts to enough space for one guest to put their belongings but nowhere to hang clothes. The lack of storage wasn't a huge problem for us as there were only three of us, but I would take it into consideration for bigger groups as you cannot stand upstairs in the bedrooms or keep your belongings up there. It was frustrating having nowhere to hang wet swimwear etc or to unpack our suitcases. The room also faces the street which can be noisy at times.

The pool and hot tub were great, and the style of the property is so beautiful, pics don’t do justice! Also having access to a coffee machine, juice and cold water was a nice touch. The staff are also so kind and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble! This wasn’t a problem for us at all, but the stairs to our room were very steep and narrow and a bit challenging with suitcases, so worth knowing if you have mobility issues/making sure you’re in a different room

Un magnifique havre de paix et sérénité au milieu du tumulte de Marseille ! Petit déjeuner délicieux, hôtesse adorable, et la cadre est magnifique, avec des décors très travaillés !
