Hôtel du Rocher

I liked the location , was accessible to city center by bus and cassis very easily and the AC was great , the staff is 100000/10, words cannot express how great they are I would stay here next time if in Marseille , is about 20 mins to the city center so you avoid the crowds and noise and the area is super safe in Marseille. Only thing I wish the bathroom to have rain shower higher but ver minor detail .

Room was clean, as was bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Air con worked. Only a shower head attached to the bath taps - no wall mount or shower screen. Very basis facilities for the price paid.

No duvet, only a cover. No shower

Nothing at all. The room was dreadful the one night I stayed there was ~£386 and to say it was a complete rip-off is an understatement. The TV didn’t work, there were no facilities and the bathroom had no shower curtain and the floor appeared to be heated. No food apart from a pre-ordered breakfast and nothing (and I mean nothing) else. Please don’t consider staying there.

Nothing was good here. They only gave us 1 towel. No sheets on the bed. Completely overpriced €650 for the worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend this to anyone

The place is not bad, but a little bit far away from the city's. The room is not bad, but the TV is not working, and the roomservice is very bad they clean the room one's only, and the Berkfas was also not good, and the final air conditioning was also not working very hot in the Room!

The room and the bathroom were very clean. We also had a long body pillow. One could only open half of the window, which wasn’t very big anyway. Also there were bright outdoor lights exactly in front of the window, so we had to close the blinds in order to be able to sleep and the AC wasn’t working very well and was positioned to blow exactly to our heads. Also I think because it was super hot on the corridor of the hotel, 10min after turning off the AC, the room was a sauna… It was impossible to sleep during a hot summer night with closed blinds (so no fresh air coming in) and an old AC blowing some air directly in our head…

The hotel needs a better signage to be seen from the main road.

Very basic hotel although far from the center and not so cheap. Bed and bathroom only, no space to even open a suitcase, no curtain or blind at the window, desk with no chair, one small soap tablet for a double bedroom, very basic bed. Lady at reception was very nice and the room was very clean.

the location and the owner. she offered us free coffee ?. our neighbours where really loud.

very close to public transport to both Marseille downtown and Calanques hiking trails; parking lot fairly hidden from street wifi was poor if any, room small and very Basic, bathroom clean but no comfort, bed very old; breakfast just enough not to starve and I had to remind the staff. Parking lot with narrow access, Garage too steep & narrow to enter for mid sie non-SUV No Sound Isolation with wake-up by Early delivery of close 7/7 supermarket

The room was very small and without ventilation. So we felt suffocation and it didn't smell good. The air-condition was not working well.
