Hotel Gambetta

Nothing this is a scam and dont go there. I arrived and paid in advance and when I arrived there was no room. They didnt even offer me first and just told me to go to another building 10min walk away. The room in another building was a shared bunk bed room and shared bathroom with other hotel room, which was quite different to what i had booked a private double bed room and private bathroom and different location. Also that room was a smoking room which was not what i had booked. Once i saw the room I gave back the keys and left but I never got refunded. Still waiting for a reply from the hotel or booking customer service. This hotel shouldnt be on booking.com its a scam hotel. I paid and didnt even have a room reserved and I had to find another hotel.

absolutely filthy hotel, the toilet didn't work, no toilet paper, showers borderline unusable, mold in the room

Very dirty , you can get sick from anything in this room, the toilet is broken

The place was dirty, no wifi at all the shits and towels smelled bad there was no blanket , there was mold in the shower no soap the room was dark , smells of cigarettes everywhere the man receptionist laying down in bed in PJ talking when we needed something . I am wondering why booking.com registers such places. One morning my friend and I woke up with swelling in eyes and legs and neck because of the insect bits.we had a hard time we could not move out because moving our luggage up on the stairs was not easy for 65 years old ladies , l gave the receptionist my insulin and fruit as well as my fried food and fruit next morning I have received my frozen $900 insulin and food and fruit frozen which those medicines are not useful any more we are expecting right action from booking.com and there would be compensation

Staff were kind and friendly. Room had a wonderful view, was clean and everything worked well. The cost was very reasonable - good value. Above all, the location was just perfect! No disappointments.
