Old and dated. Didn’t go into the garden as the staff suggested not to It was in a dark street with lots of males standing outside

We really enjoyed our stay in this little hotel. It’s in a great location and so everything we wanted to see in Marseille was in walking distance! The hotel has a beautiful, old staircase (no elevator) and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. We’ll be back!

Staff were fantastic. Hotel itself very bohemian.... but I like that. Room was great, especially the balcony. No lift. 4 flights of stairs with a heavy case...not easy but understand in an old building not easy to install.

The location is great, central and easy to get around. We liked that the bedding and towels were replenished. The aircon is decent and you're given basic essentials. The double bed was comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the fridge. Unfortunately it wasn't clean enough for our standards. The floors made our feet dirty and there were toenails on bathroom floor. The pillows were very uncomfortable too. Personally for the expensive cost we'd expect a better level of quality. The wifi is weak and disconnects multiple times a day, you have to keep entering password which is annoying.

The location is very close to the station, only a 10 min walk and is very central to everything! The reception staff were very helpful with my bags and information about my stay, the room is very large and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I had an excellent sleep while I was here and the room was very quiet with an AC i could control in the room. I highly recommend:) Only has stairs as an option, careful if you have a lot of suitcases like I do!

front desk staff was nice and helpful in a sketchy part of town, run down hotel, key to door didnt work, soap dispensers in bathroom didnt work, internet wouldnt stay on so TV didnt work.

Good location The shower had a lot of mould and there was no elevator!

Great location, small room but comfy bed. Clean bed and towels. Air-conditioning worked well. Over all I guess ok for the money, but bring much luggage. 5th floor, no elevator, had to carry my suitcase up, no help. Very uncomfortable, bad back and high pulse. My suitcase was for 2 people. When leaving he helped me the last flight. Tile floor in bedroom was old and worn out, a few were lose. Shower stall did not drain, water up to ankle for second person showering.

The hotel was so cute, my room had a great view out the little balcony of the top of the cathedral. The staff was great, especially Omar- he was so helpful and even let me borrow a plug converter and gave me good suggestions for dinner. Breakfast was perfect in the garden patio. This was my first time traveling alone and it was a great experience. The stairs were tricky with luggage and no elevator, but I knew this ahead of time.

Very nice people. Well located. Spectacular breakfast. Rooms were large. Not as advertised in the photos. Very few amenities.
