The room and bathroom were small, but functional.

The stairs up to our room were not a problem without suitcases but were so very narrow and steep. They should be identified in the booking information so older guests are aware of them.

Perfect apartment for our stay. Owner was very friendly and good communication.

Snack in the middle of the historical centre. Convenient and very comfortable

Giorgio is a kind and highly responsive host. He promptly addressed the unfortunate problems that arose during our visit. The unit has a wonderful location in the historic district of Martina Franca, and is also close to new city amenities, restaurants, and services. The outside door has both a keyed and electric lock, but it’s not obvious that there’s only an electric lock to exit. Due to thunderstorms, the power went out briefly several times right after we checked in, and again while we were out exploring during the second day. That was disconcerting enough, but the disruption also shut off our hot water and disabled the air con, making our second day and night rather uncomfortable. However, Georgia promptly addressed all our problems and even brought us wonderful cookies to apologize for the inconvenience.

The apartment is nice, cozy and clean.

cozy, comfortable and good choice for a short stay, max 2 nights there would be perfectly fine! The location is great , yet a little hard to reach since its in the middle of the old city. definitely hard to reach by car. I recommend parking wherever you find a spot nearby and walking there, so, be sure to travel light.

Giorgio is a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions immediately. He suggested us wonderful restaurant. We asked for extra sheets and covers and it took only 5-10 minutes to bring them. The room was at the edge of the city centre. Toilette and bath needs to be Renovation

It was very well located. It was a ground floor, terribly cold and humid (two tiny windows). There two tiny radiators (one in the toilet and one for the bedroom) but not enough. I guess in summer is fine, not in early May. It was our fault, we should have upgraded the booking.

We loved our stay here. Its a lovely room in a beautiful town. Very convienet to the pretty main squares and main street though the old town. The host was kind and always readily available All good

Everything was wonderful!!! We were extremely satisfied. Owner Giorgio made sure our stay at Martina Franca was carefree. The hygiene of the room was top notch, for our long stay of 10 days, our room was cleaned to the ground 4-5 times. He was always available, even when we forgot our key and couldn't get home (hahah), he also drove us to the airport in the middle of the night because of the lack of trains and buses at that time. We were impressed by the hospitality. The location is great. You can feel the Italian atmosphere. The location is perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in Italy!

Location, stuff and the late check out Air quality in the room due to humidity

Giorgio is a wonderful host. He carried my suitcase up, checked how I was doing and when I told him I like to drink tea, he brought me a kettle. The room is at the edge of the old centre and just a few minutes walk from interesting sites. The room is not suitable for people who are less mobile. For people travelling by train: be aware that the train station is in a lower part of the city. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the accommodation. Much of that walk is uphill and those hills are sometimes very steep.

Excellent room in the centre of the historic part of the city. A maze of tiny streets to supply a sense of adventure to your google maps trail. Giorgio was a great host and offered to pick me up from the station but I preferred to walk. It is a stone's throw away from most of the landmarks and plenty of restaurants etc.. nearby. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.
