Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis

Stayed at the property for a concert. The shuttle service from the hotel to the venue was convenient. Casino was large and not very crowded for a Sunday night. Room was clean and functional. We would stay here for another concert/casino overnight.

All restaurants close at 11pm. You need to plan on going to your room to enjoy a cocktail and snacks as there is no where to get anything at the facility. Or you have the option of taking an Uber or lift to go off the property.

Called ahead to make sure shuttle to the amphitheater was complimentary and was told it was and then come to find out upon check in that it costs 20$ a person. Was also charged a bogus 14$ amenities charge at check in. Wish the price I get on hotels.com was actually the total price. Fridge also didn’t work well- frozen to point where it wouldn’t get cold.

Casino stuff very rude.

The room was very dirty. It appeared that floor had not been mopped. The bathroom was very nasty in the corner near the shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will not stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay! We checked in on a Monday with tickets for a Wednesday night concert at St Louis Music Park. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable and quiet. We had great meals at 99 Hops and Hollywood Grind. The parking garage was convenient, too. We didn't even go to the casino, but had a nice relaxing getaway. All the staff was friendly and helpful. members were friendly and helpful. I'd sure recommend this hotel!

The sliding bathroom door became stuck closed, leaving me trapped inside. My wife had to press the door in for it to release.

Smell of fish in the hall outside room. Otherwise great.

Great day! Upgraded on arrival for $30 and had a suite.

Convenient stay for a concert. Staff was very welcoming at check in. Room was clean, small annoyances such as soap dispenser didn’t work and pillows were very tall (not my preference). Quiet on a Wednesday night.

The convenience store isnt so convenient when it is closed 3 days a week, the days I was there. Ive never ever seen a hotel casino store be closed 3 days a week. No room service..! How can you not have rooms service. Its a freaking hotel casino. It looks like they dont have the money to keep the place in better condition.
