Room was a great size for the money. Hotel was clean and quiet and easy to access from the garage. Great pool as well.

Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean, you had very good choices for food within the facility and parking was close by. The only thing I didn’t like was smoking in the casino. They had the non smoking area upstairs but smoke rises so basically you couldn’t get away from it. If ever I’m in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

Great hotel with amazing rooms. Nice pool with music and bar area. Good dining options. Wish the onsite restaurants delivered to the room but the pick up option was not bad highly recommend for a fun night out

When i booked the hotel, I was unaware that the casino would be closing at 11pm and opening back up at 12pm the next day. I would not have booked the hotel. I found out about the closing when i was coming to the hotel as i entered the casino. I have stayed at this hotel every year to celebrate my birthday for the last 20 years. Was not impressed that none of the information was told to me on the website but only when i got the hotel. I would have changed my reservation but it would have cost me more money and no guarantee that the other places had a hotel room available

As long as you remember where you park, everything is great! Feel safe

My family reserved 5 rooms for the weekend and every room was exceptionally satisfying. The bed was so comfortable and clean. The bathroom looked freshly clean. The location is excellent.

I had an amazing experience. It’s was a resort in the city. Having all the amenities made you not even want to leave the hotel. Will be back .!

I was disappointed that while taking a shower the water pressure was going low continuously making it difficult to shower in an expeditious manner. The bed was well past time to be replaced meaning that one side was sinking in and the side no longer held up. For the price that I paid for the room I certainly expected a higher standard.

I loved everything! The entire place smelled amazing! The staff was on point! Very comfortable.

The only 2 things that I would say I didn't like is that the room didn't have a microwave and the pool closed so early

Overall stay was fine. Room was clean. The floor lights do not shut off. The bed lamp switch was broken so it wouldn't shut off, either. Called and requested an adjoing room for my Grandmother. Was told they do not have adjoining rooms at this property. Requested again at check in and was told not available. They put us in 2 rooms across the hallway from each other...one of them having an adjoining room door. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant was fine.

Such a beautiful hotel the only issue I have was the 21 and over swimming on the weekends.. they should open it

We did have a cleaning staff person knock on our door at 6:30 am and wake us up. He said he thought we had checked out. We had not and had the do not disturb sign on the door. Other than that our stay was very nice and we will be back.

I would have liked to have more toilet paper. And it was ridiculous that a room was available but they wanted to charge me $60 for 2 hours early check in.
