Great rooms. Clean well set out. Great location. The staff are very accomodating. Stayed here after getting mucked around at another hotel. Last minute booking but glad we did there ws nothing to NOT like. It was very good

We stayed here before an early morning flight out of the nearby Sydney Airport. This was close to the airport and relatively easy to get to from the airport via bus (5 minute bus ride and then a 5 minute walk). We were about a 20 minute walk from many restaurants, which we visited for dinner that night. The shuttle is a convenient option but did not run when we needed to be at the airport so we had to schedule an Uber which ended up costing about $50 as opposed to the $30 we would've spent on the shuttle.

Locaton and cost I have stayed at the same Citadines numerous times this year, yet everytime I check in it is like I am a stranger. I get asked everytime for my email address and details. Surely you can keep frequent staying guests on file so I don't have to go through the same process over and over. I book the same way each time, please make it easier for checkins for your returning guests

It was close to the airport. The view from the restaurant/lounge was amazing! Everything was fine.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Had no lights due to a faulty card slot. Reception were apologetic in the morning. I arrived late so didn’t raise until I checked out.

It was quiet. Small, budget oriented facility. Unlike other airport hotels, they charge for shuttle.

Small but clean and basic room, had everything we needed for 1 night before our flight. Would stay again

Location is great. Shame there isn’t more on offer in the food department. We went to another motel nearby & had an excellent meal there. The tiles in the bathroom need scrubbing. The grout is growing mould. Also the bottom of the shower screen leaks water.

Very close to the airport. Would have preferred a free shuttle given the short distance to the airport.
