Just a hotel, nothing special at all Having to pay $15 a head for a courtesy bus to get us from the airport and same again next day. Need to define the meaning of "courtesy". Finding the pick up point for the courtesy bus at the airport. The web info did not translate to the actual place for pickup and it was a huge walk to the other end of the terminal and through a car park when we did find it. Lack of knowledge from reception staff as to where we could find somewhere to eat or buy food. Found a place eventually but this with no help or directions from reception staff or even interest from them that we needed this information.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great location for a quick Uber ride to the airport

Close to the airport and general shopping. Reasonable value for money. Need for additional cooking utensils - there was no egg slice and very limited stock of knives and forks.

The reception staff were very kind, helpful and when I checked in and out both people were great. The area didn't have any appropriate lighting in the street after dark, made it difficult to navigate walking back from the shops.

Great location Can walk to domestic terminal Free parking on street from 3 pm to 11 am Close to restaurants and pubs Quick check in. We arrived in Sydney at 8 am after and overseas flight. Had tried to arrange an early check in via email so we could sleep but received a message from the hotel that early check in would cost 25$/ hour. We arrived around noon and they did not charge us extra. Also asked about parking via an email prior to check in and was told that parking would be 40$/night There is free parking on the street from 3 pm-11 am So if you have questions I would recommend calling the hotel direct rather than emailing. Might get different answers

The room was spacious and clean with a kitchenette. mascot station is not too far away and the airport is easily walkable from the domestic terminals. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. I like how the laundry on the ground level was free to use and they provided laundry detergent. If you enjoy airplanes and a plane spotter, an airport side view will be enjoyable! Would stay here again. I couldn't get the exhaust fan to work while using the stove, that was the only minor issue. No other problems.

Close to the International terminal and very easy to find. Apartment was comfortable and the bed so good that I slept for 11Hrs Perfect after a long flight that arrived late in the evening. Would use again. Nothing we found it to be perfect for us.

Great property if you want to be close to the Airport. We arrived well before check-in time and accepted our room would not be ready. Staff happily held our bags and recommended a local coffee shop just a short walk away. Able to accept us at midday into our room and we were very grateful. Just an FYI, transfers to the Airport early morning were AUD12 per person, we found it cheaper and more convenient to take an Uber at AUD17 without the hassle of different Hotel stops Very little, a great property but maybe noise in corridor from cleaning but really not much of an issue

Simple check in and clean rooms No restaurant

The location is ideal for a layover between flights. Our room was quite spacious, and we appreciated having two chairs. The bathroom worked well. Lots of restaurants just a short walk away on Botany Rd, The big drawback was that the king bed in our room was too soft and saggy. We did not get a comfortable night's sleep.

We were met by a friendly receptionist who let us into a roonm to store our luggage early whilst we dropped off the motorhome we were using. THis meant we didn't have to travel with our luggage back to the Quest. This was extremely helpful.

Rooms are a little dated and worn. Location is close to airport but limited food nearby.

Shower in bathroom was a disgrace. Nasty cracked tiles on floor and a gap in the bottim of shower surround
