Shower tall enough for people 1,95m, breakfast is fine Room was quite dirty (dust and stains on floor (floor seemed not cleaned) and other debris), unfriendly personnel when sharing this. Got a new room where the airco was not working and also dirty. The rooms seem only cleaned for the sake of appearances and the same goes for the entire building (dusty stairs for example). Our room was in the side building. Experienced lot of noise, all night long due to delivery suppliers and workers in front of our window that kept us awake.

Beautiful property! Most spacious room of our France vacation. Loved renting the bikes to near Château de Chambord. It was a nice easy ride. The breakfast option was good too. When we went to have dinner they said they were booked. The hostess was somewhat rude and didn’t seem to care that we had no car and limited options. She said reservations were required. When we tried to use Uber earlier we didn’t get anyone. Later we were able to get someone to another town but had the same situation with a restaurant there… booked. We ended up at a very casual cafe/ bar. Food was ok, the owners were awesome. If you stay at this hotel you must make dinner reservations in advance. And best to take a car or make sure you have a scheduled Uber.

The hotel, breakfast, the pool (nice to have a refreshing moment after a visit to Chateaux Chambord which is very near) and location.

It’s a beautiful renovated barn with an authentic country feeling. Rooms are very clean but small. Beds are very comfortable. It’s perfect for a small stay. The restaurant is exquisite. Staff was professional but not overly friendly.

For a lone female traveller, this hotel was lovely. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and the room itself was great.

Unjustifiably high hotel rating. The only advantage is its location and proximity to the castle. The bed was dirty, stained, and the mattress pad was a nightmare. There are only two towels: for the body and for the legs. The face, hair and body should be wiped with one towel. Soap is the only hygiene product, don't count on shampoo. Breakfast was from 7 to 10, we arrived at 8:30 and there was already very little food, withoutnew portions, there were no vegetables, there were only apples and a couple of kiwis from fruits. We definitely won't be returning to this hotel again.
