Rooms are not as clean as used to be the buffet is getting worse and worse, dinner I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a hamburger, sadly disappointed.

Nice hotel, very close to tennis center and was convenient for Cincinnati Open. They had activations in the lobby for the event, which was very nice.

Staff was very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had some of the highest water pressure I’ve come across in any hotel. Great experience.

Nice enough hotel but it's definitely starting to show it's age and the pool areas especially were pretty gross. It needs some updates/deep cleaning.

Hotel was super clean! Beds were made daily, fresh towels, trash emptied. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lots of shopping and dining just minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great, quick stay. Perfect if visiting Kings Island. I do wish the sheets were a tad softer, however, the property was nice, clean and well kept.

Absolutely phenomenal hotel staff was great accommodations checking in to make sure everything's OK. All of that. I will recommend a stay for anyone and when I'm in the area again for my daughter's basketball tournament at spooky we will not be staying anywhere else but this location thanks again.

Nice place to stay, only problem was the king size bed was very firm. Breakfast is not included in stay you have to pay extra which is $19.95 per person.
