The warm, professional, and attentive service has already made us feel at home, and we can tell this is going to be a wonderful stay. We highly recommend Maya Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful place with exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to enjoy the rest of our time here!

Everywhere was very gorgeous, the staff at the desk very friendly but not as helpful as they could have been, the waiting staff were very friendly but keen to overcharge and up sell, often not disclosing the more expensive options then adding them to the bill later. Average cost of a alcoholic drink is €20, it is very overpriced & the service does not warrant the extra spend! I would only stay one night max, unless you want to keep being robbed. Aesthetically beautiful & th beds were very comfortable.

Waterfront view Very poorly maintained, old, rusty, broken furniture, not clean at all, housekeeping hygiene measures are not meeting the minimum requirements, there is hair on the bed when we checked-in, there is dirt on the bathroom, shower and all corners. The worst of all you can easily see insects inside the room as a result of poor hygiene. The duty manager makes unacceptable excuses each time you bring it to his attention. There is a serious action that must be done to save this place.

the road to get down to the resort it is very difficult very danger . shuttle bus not available after 10:30 pm .

Large room (thanks for the upgrade!) and great facilities, esp. the pool! Staff were all super efficient (breakfast!) and friendly (reception!) The room was not heated so felt a bit cold (15 degrees outside and raining on Oct. 16). Because of the weather we coulnt enjoy the outdoor facilities. The drive from the main road down to the property takes some skills but this is part of the experience ?

The views and the two lady staff members at the desk were helpful when they were there. This is NOT a 5 start resort, our first night e head no hot water until after 2am, then when we got hot water it was so hot it burned my skin.. the night staff kept hanging up on me when they finally did answer. I requested 2 times for them to NOT enter my room and clean or change the bedding and they didn’t anyways. The shower wall looked like it had mildew. I wasn’t aware that the property was open to the public daily and I left my glasses in the pool area bathroom and went back 1 hour to get them and someone stole them. I complained and the manager never came introduced himself or anything we weren’t offered anything for our troubles. We requested and iron and was told we had to wait until the next day because another room had it. How does each room NOT have there own amenities. I wont stay there again unless they make major improvements

My wife and I's second time going here. This time we brought my mom as well. It's a truly unique vibe/property for the area, but you're close to everything if you want to go out. From the moment you wake up the staff are waiting on you hand and foot, making sure everything is to your liking. Anything you need they go out of their way to take care of it for you. Usually they have a DJ playing tranquil house music all day, but they just opened for the season so they are not there yet. The place is a total vibe, and we will definitely go out of our way to come back next time we visit Italy. There is nothing to not like

Stunning hotel, located in a tranquil cove, surrounded by massive cliffs, around 10-15 minutes drive from Sorrento. The venue is a tropical oasis. With amazing views of Capri and Ischia. The staff are wonderful! Especially the 3 helpful ladies on the desk (apologies, but we kept forgetting to ask their names!). The room was also cleaned every day for 4 days. Nothing at all was ever a problem. Extremely comfortable bed. There is a free shuttle to Sorrento 4 times a day, you just pay for the journey home, and you can WhatsApp the driver to arrange. There is a massive breakfast selection, and 4 types of eggs available from chef. The resort is more of a music and pool resort than a luxury spa. It is extremely relaxing, but don’t expect a yoga retreat :) Really enjoyed the tunes all day from Paco De Rosa ? Also, the saltwater pool and the service at the pool was top class! We really enjoyed the lunch selection but dinner was a bit more fine dining. There were lots of lunch options that would have been great to have as a dinner option.

Beautiful place with an amazing view Feels like a resort Nice breakfast, nice staff Over priced! The way there is very complex and not fit to people with high fear. Cleaning is not so good. Towels were dirty many times Hotel restaurant (dinner) is not so good

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were amazing. The wifi signal wasn’t good and it was very slow.

Beautiful location. Immaculately clean, staff were wonderful, cheerful, polite and accommodating . Food was amazing! pool are was amazing! Everything was amazing. A little pricey.

Mold in shower, floor was dirty, hotel felt weathered.
