Very nice place a little far from Sorrento was a little surprised that is was going to cost minimum 60 euro each way to and from city center. Shuttle has a fee before 7am which was surprising all in all very nice Shuttle cost distance to city center

Waiting on the shuttle bus to take to and from the main road down to the hotel. Breakfast choice was very basic. Bathroom in room was small, very little air movement even with window open.

Location is great, far from city to be quiet and the sea store is right there. Note the bell at 7am noon and 7pm though. Breakfast is target basic and it's all the same all the time. You can order drinks coffee and even tea ?☕ the golf cart can take you up and down that slope to the main road or parking or bus stop... Wifi signal was very weak Also (not hotel fault) is the bus issue, don't trust Google here at all, get bus 008 for massa lubrensa, it will get you to where you need to, boys stop is right after the intersection, it's called hotel solara on that road. Bus stop can be just yellow rectangle on the road, keep that in mind.

Close to beach

Being able to go right from the hotel to tour Capri was a major plus for us. Everyone that worked there was incredibly accommodating and helpful! Sometimes it’s nice to just be able to run out the door and go - this entailed a little more planning.

The location. Breakfast bad, few options. We didn´t like that the hotel didn´t have kitchen so they didn´t have glasses, plates, to lend us use, so it was unconfortable. Our room was in the top of the kitchen of the restaurant next the hotel, so it smell very bad

If I had known how much we would like this hotel, I would have arranged our schedule to stay longer. It is right on a cute little beach and the staff can help arrange day-trips to Capri, Amalfi, etc. They even provided a breakfast to-go on the morning our trip left early. We really loved this little marina area. It's a little confusing to get to. They send directions that are clear, but the road is very narrow and it's not clear that you're heading in the correct direction. KEEP GOING the parking lot is there in the left. They transport you to and from the parking via golf cart. Highly recommend using the Hotel to book trips, the parking isn't really built for in-and-out.

The person working the desk was super friendly and helpful!

The people are fantastic! This hotel was a preferred desination for locals. Less tourists, but definitely an active place. I was so happy to spend time with the people of the area. Very friendly and willing to help when something was unclear. Wonderful exprience and will definitely coma back. Some restrictions on the timing in the happy hour deals (only before 6pm).

On the beach. Very relaxing finish to our Italy vacation.

Loved the location!! I would have liked more things to do in the area

Beach right in front of hotel. Great Restaurants and Excellent Food. Awesome Place and Price. NA

Room was large. Reaching this hotel is not easy if you do not have a car. There is a shuttle that will take you to the bus station, but you may have to wait for a considerable time (there were times when we waited for 5 minutes, others almost 30m). Our room was facing a wall, with people passing right next to our window. If you do book, ask for a room with a sea view!!

The room didn't have a window that faced out so there was no air flow. We tried washing and drying clothes but they would never dry, same with towels. It started smelling mildewy in the room. In the bathroom wall next to the shower, there was also some water leaking.

The nearby restaurant staff were rude

The location was steps away from the beach! Such a charming area. There are several restaurant choices in the area. The hotel was impeccably clean and the looked freshly painted. Room was a little small, but I didn’t care.
-
The property was right on the beach front with close restaurants staff was very attentive. More breakfast options.

Very isolated. Nowhere to just take a walk. Use of their golf cart shuttle required to take you to bus station for bus ride to Sorrento proper. Waited 30+ minutes for said shuttle to pick us up from bus station back to hotel. Non-guest rented the exterior dining space for a birthday party with extremely loud music till 12:30 a.m. on a Sunday evening. I would have not mentioned it if it concluded at 11:00 p.m.

I loved the location. Listening to the ocean waves coming in to shore from our room was wonderful. I loved everything. The only thing a little hard was the shower in our room could have used a shelf or something to put shampoo and soap on. It was a small shower but worked great!

A good base for day trips to Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii & Naples. The shuttle to parking could be a slow process as you waited for your turn in the morning. Shuttle vehicle was comically small.
