The staff is incredibly kind. The shuttle service is on time and very very convenient for getting to the city center. The view from the rooms is beautiful as is the drive up to the hotel. The lobby is wonderful. Did not have time to use the pool facilities but from first look they have a life guard and it is clean. The bathroom is also nice, not much ventilation so the room is humid and we had trouble with controlling the temperature within the room. Slightly humid in the rooms and overpriced for the gala dinner and they were not upfront about the pricing for the dinner even though we asked.

The hotel was just beautiful! The offer a shuttle service into Sorrento and back. It was nice to get away from the crowds of people in Sorrento. Beautiful pool with snack bar. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were both delicious! Desk staff was most helpful especially Massimo who helped us book a hotel near Naples airport for our flight home. Nothing

Sorrento was extremely busy The hotel was a beautiful quiet oasis away from the craziness of the town They ran a shuttle every hour into town so you didn’t need a car

Everything is great! Free parking, free shuttle to Sorrento every hour. Excellent staff. Plentiful breakfast with nice views over the gulf of Naples. Good size room with balcony to the swimming pool. The pool was still open, but we didn't have time to use it.
