Atlantic Palace Hotel

La habitaciones son buenas, el hotel tiene buenas instaciones Ofrecen un shuttle que tiene un horario específico , es un poco limitado, y para el regreso en la noche tiene un cobro por persona en los horarios, El hotel es a 3 kms aprox. Del centro y el costo de los taxis son alrededor de 30 euros por trayecto.

Restaurant at night. Bus service First the room had a bad smell we had to change the room. The bed was hard it was impossible to sleep.

Location is south and above downtown. Too far to walk from port realistically although that's exactly what we did to get there as we had no luck in getting a cab. Hotel provides an hourly shuttle to and back from there town. Overall hotel is good and staff were friendly and helpful. Provided daily breakfast was surprisingly good. Distance from town

Hotel provided a shuttle bus into Sorrento town. Staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. Good choice of foods for breakfast. Good WiFi. Seating area on roof top was great (bar out of season I assume). Rooms cleaned daily. Double sinks and double shower with relaxing lights. Picture showing sun loungers on the rooftop is attached to a room and not available to everyone. Requested a double bed but had two singles pushed together - very uncomfortable. Room with a balcony was actually a patio which wasn’t private at all. No kettle in the room.

The View from the top of hotel was nice ! So...first of all ... We booked a room with a balcony in the hotel but they provided a room in Anex of Hotel level 0 with a view of bushes and ants. Strange Hotel non stop cleaning but always dirty , no Tv in the Room just the antenna cable of tv alone...the smell from the toilet the nice Smell of Cabbage from sewage aiaiai Mama Mia I MiO Dio ! The furniture of the room from the age of virgin Grandma... About the road to the centre and transfer ...let say it was ok Poor Senore Eustachio Super Hero of Trafic. Tui Blue part of Grand Tui Conglomerat in Turismo invest and make some Real 4 Stars! And the noise and Acustica aiaiai...

Nice sitting area in the lobby. Shuttle into Sorrento The beds were uncomfortable and it was a further distance from the town than we realized. Breakfast was only okay with odd tasting coffees.

Food was nice, good location. Tiny balcony we were unable to sit on as it was so small. Bus times aren’t the best, 5pm was a bit early then no bus until 8pm and you can’t get the bus unless it’s pre booked so was restricting

Location Pool was very ferry and not maintained!! Would not step foot in it. Yuck

The decor, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff Would have been good if tea and coffee making facilities were in the room.

It was a good location for the price and the breakfast was great considering it was included. We were told we would get 10% discount to maya beach experience so we booked it. I asked at reception how we get the discount and he said show the email when we get there. I did this but was told no they don’t give discount. The toilet seat in the room was broken. The safe did not work and had no instructions. The terrace wasn’t private and had people walking past all the time. The beds were two singles pushed together so kept moving apart. We asked for a taxi at 5.20pm and the receptionist told us ‘don’t be late’ so we arrived promptly however the taxi was then 10 minutes late which made us late to our booking that we had.

The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast selection was fantastic. The lemon garden was lovely but would be nice to have longer hours as most trips come back just as it’s closing at 2.30pm. The rooms were a good size and the roof top area is a nice touch if it was clean. The property is in need of some major TLC and atmosphere. The furniture is all badly chipped, the cleanliness is in need of improving. The pool tiling was extremely dirty so we did not use the pool. There were 3 hot tubs, one which wasn’t filled with water and all the others were cold and not working. The reception staff, particularly the lady, was extremely rude and not helpful. The courtesy bus is a great way of getting into town however it did not show up to collect us in the evening. There were 10 of us waiting, all booked on, and when one lady finally got through to the hotel we were told to find our own way back on the local bus. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is extremely poor, unwelcoming and not a nice place to sit and have a drink. I am extremely disappointed, this was a trip for my husbands 40th and it really did ruin our trip, in-fact we would of booked a different hotel if we were staying any longer.

It was clean and staff were great and shuttle was very easy to use thank you Eustachio! It was a little far and not walking distance. About a 15 minute journey by bus/ shuttle.

The first towels we had in the room looked a bit old, maybe its time to replace them. Its just a tiny detail.

We booked a balcony with sea views .. would recommend.. Great pool shuttle bus into the centre If you’re not paying for the views the rooms are very simple and a little old fashioned.. but still enjoyable
