Hotel Sant’Agata was wonderful—I'd definitely return if I visit the area again! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even upgrading our room for free before we arrived to one with a large balcony and great view. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop with regular buses to Sorrento, and felt safe and calm. A grocery store nearby made it easy to grab snacks and drinks, and we were close to beautiful spots like Fiordo di Crapolla. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with great daily cleaning and a very comfy bed. Highly recommend! The only complaint I have is that the walls were a little thin and we could hear our neighbors and we could also hear cars/motorcycles outside early in the morning, but that part is probably more due to the fact that we had two balconies and the door windows seemed a bit thin.

Every staff member was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Spotless. We will definitely return!

The hotel is clean, with cozy rooms and pleasant personal. The breakfast is not good. One man from the person of restaurant is very impolite.

Very friendly staff Absolutely love the pool and location. Very easy access to the shops/restaurants and also buses every half an hour to Sorrento. Very good location for boat trip to Positano. This hotel is a family business so they keep everything to the highest level for the customer’s comfort. They also give me free drinks for my birthday ??? very sweet! Great memories from this hotel xx Everything is perfect, but just the temperature of water could be higher a little bit ?

The stuff was extremely friendly and made us feel super welcomed. The whole property is very serene and calming. After all the fuss and crowded places from Sorrento/Amalfi/Positano and Capri, this hotel was a breath of fresh of air. The only minus I would say was the mattress, could have been a little more confortable.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful and professional. Went out of their way to organize day trips and book taxi. Will definitely come back again.

Helpful staff.

The hotel is clean, rooms and especially bed was comfy as I slept really well. It’s in an excellent location close to a very good cafe , lots of good restaurants , shops , supermarket, ceramic shops whatever you want is available. What makes the place special is the people who are exceptionally polite, friendly and take good care of their customers. Special thanks to the lovely Antonella who has a big smile at reception and recommended Ravello which I loved. Thanks to Antonio at breakfast who served us excellent coffee. brothers Gianluigi and Claudio very informative and helped us on all our queries. They also helped arrange a tour to Capri and farm which was excellent. We also enjoyed the Dotto train ride. No problems

Exceed expectations…

The bedrooms are comfortable, the property is well located near the centro of Santa Agata and about 25 minutes in bus from the centro of Sorrento. The staff is amazing, everyone is always trying to help and make you feel good! The breakfast, since it is a Italian hotel, was expecting a Italian breakfast but it was a low quality international breakfast (raw scrambled eggs, non fresh pastries and the worst americano coffee I ever had)

Large and clean room. Rich and varied breakfast. Very attentive staff. Ease of hiring tours, picking up at the hotel. Good location in a quiet neighborhood, with supermarket, car rental, public transport and restaurants nearby.
