Staff extremely welcoming and helpful.

Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to see that we enjoyed our stay. Evening meals were excellent. View from hotel room was great. Pool area beautiful. Santa Agata is a lovely place to stay. Room was a little dated with some obvious signs of wear and tear. Would have preferred fresh coffee for breakfast rather than that from a coffee machine.

The pool facilities are really nice. The rooms smelled really bad and there was mold on the walls. Very disappointed overall.

The pool area and garden are lovely as is the seating area at the front of the hotel . It’s a typical family run hotel and as so many Italian hotels are it’s a little old in decor and the bedrooms could be easily updated with some nice blinds and a bedhead but it looks like the photos so what you see is what you get . The breakfast was good and we ate the dinner in on the 2 nights we were there which was tasty. The road at the front can be a bit noisy at night but we had a room on the pool side

Cleanliness was faultless! Location good. Walking distance to bars restaurants and gelato. Interesting monastery with amazing views. Good place to travel further from….Capri, Positano, Pompeii, Amalfi, Sorrento, Napoli. Breakfast basic. Fresh fruit juice would have been great. Good pool and lovely environment surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Two beds fastened together. Noisy beds and uncomfortable. Evening meal on first night not great. Not good value for money either at €20 each. Found the local eateries much more interesting in range of Italian cuisine and great choices in value. Used Trip-advisor to find local gems. Noisy generally. All sound travels in this hotel. Road very noisy. We had garden facing room but noisy hotel staff in kitchen, guests and road noise still an issue very early in the morning.

Lovely small hotel with good pool. Cozy outside chilling area with pergola. Feeling is like being in the country side while being in the middle of the suburb. Lemon trees surrounding the pool area, small fruit garden to walk around. Very nice. Good, slightly simple breakfast, fresh fruits from the own garden, presumably... Half and hour drive to Sorrento / Positano (Amalfi) - thigh I would recommend other, nearby beaches. Also, the city itself (S' Agata), is very nice, but don't go to the recommended restaurant Gigi - a tourist trap. Rooms were quite small and the room doors (to corridor) were terrible. Difficult to open / close (would be very easy to fix though). Centrally operated A/C - just plainly bad idea (A/C was working during nights) so you couldn't e.g. cool your room during days). Bathroom with sewer smell (hotel probably tried to ease this by leaving the balcony door open during days - what a great idea when it's +36 outside... Make sure you get the pool view, the other option is to get a view to local road with lots of traffic starting from 05:30.
