My first shower was slightly less than desirable, but when I mentioned it to Luca, it was fixed by my next shower, ahhh, free flowing water. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning and the location was perfect for all of our wedding festivities for which we were there for. Everyone was very accommodating

The staff were all super nice. Really kind people who wanted to help however they could. The location was away from the tourists and busy centre, so it was very relaxing. Everything was clean and it had a really nice place to sit and enjoy life by the pool. We are vegan and they made us little vegan muffins for the breakfast, which was super sweet. They could use some new pillows, I had to sleep on my own because theirs were too lumpy and big. The breakfast could use some fresh fruit and granola.

The road going there was very narrow and the bed is not really good and not comfortable but we'll definitely going back

We had a nice stay in Massa Lubrense! Friendly personnel, good accommodation, nice breakfast! The entrance road is a bit steep and narrow but that posed no problems for us! Difficult to reach by public transport but easy to reach by car or taxi.

The pool facility was lovely. The room also had a TV which you could play Netflix on which was great. The hotel is located about a 20 minute bus journey from Sorrento, and the buses were quite unreliable at times. This meant we had to get a taxi into the town from the hotel which were very expensive. The hotel was located in an area with a lot of dogs around, and so we were often woken up during the night by lots of barking. The shower in our hotel room was awful, it constantly went from hot to cold. The food in the hotel restaurant was disappointing, we had our breakfast included in the price and it was subpar. We had a pizza for dinner and again it was very disappointing - we didn’t go back to the hotel restaurant after that, which was very inconvenient due to the location of the hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean, great friendly staff, lovely pool area. Shower was not great, could have been more powerful. Temperature was temperamental, and button for shower head did not work properly.

Amazing Pool, Amazing View, big garden, very nice staff, location is absolutely beautiful all together. The Jacuzzi is actually a big Bath Tub, and the room has absolutely no wardrobe, there is a small rack for shirts and dresses behind the fridge but that is it, nothing else to put your clothes, I had to keep my jeans and t-shirts and underwear in my luggage for the whole week.

Beautiful views, great pool and really helpful and friendly staff!! Nothing was perfect for us! However it is a bit of a distance from Sorrento so best if you have a car

The pool area was great although got far too busy with anyone being able to use the pool, not just hotel guests. This is not advertised on the website and so therefore a huge disappointment. The staff at the Carpaccio restaurant/bar and the breakfast staff are helpful and kind. The accommodation is not worth the money. The rooms are incredibly dated, not as advertised recently refurbished as mentioned on the website. The photos are far too mis-leading. The hotel is also a hotel that offers a venue for parties so 3 out of our 6 nights we were awake until the early hours of loud pumping music. Our room had no double glazing and some windows didn’t even have blinds so the thumping music til gone midnight coupled with early morning waking from the light didn’t bode well for a relaxing, peaceful holiday.
