The place was very nice and clean super comfortable bed with amazing views of the ocean! Plenty of room and the hot tinaja outside was amazing to relax in the evening looking the stars! I enjoyed very much every day The breakfast is brought to the room every day ! You set the time so was perfect to relax and not to rushed to have breakfast People super friendly and nice ! I stayed in the big cabin with two large bedrooms they upgraded because was our anniversary! Totally recommend ! To get to the beach you need to drive because is in top of a hill so walking is far Wish the breakfast was a bit different! They served the same things for 4 days ! Need a bit of variety ! It was pretty good but 4 days eating the same is boring

The apartment was clean with beautiful view from the very large window. The balcony was very nice and the rooms were big enough to host the entire family (4 adults + 1 child) The staff were very friendly The sofa was waaaay too soft, it was impossible to seat on it comfortably - the pillows defiantly needs changing. There were a lot of mosquitos so it was impossible opening the window and i wish someone had warned us about it so we would either put protection lotion on or close the windows. The breakfast could have been a bit more diverse.

The staff, location and the comfort are the highs of Alma Lodge, undoubtedly. The rooms are spacious with relatively new and clean appliances with a good sense of aesthetics. The constant contact from the staff before and after via whatsapp is a must, very respectful and cheerful, always with important information to share. We also got a free hot tub session on the first day! The downs are that that our room needed a little maintenance. The shower didn't work as it supposed to be, the shower had and the hand shower were always spraying water, leaving both with low pressure and impossible to take a decent shower using only one. Terrible on this side since the shower must be one of the main items that have to work well in a hotel room. Another downside is that we made the reservation to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). From day one the rooms was prepared only for 2 people and we have to keep asking for the third of everything during our stay. On the first night our daughter had to sleep in the sofa-bed without any sheets and with a couch pillow, not a proper bed pillow. In general we enjoyed a lot our stay but they lack the attention to details that make the difference. The response from staff was always positive and quick but the basic stuff must be from day one. We don't have to ask for it.

The view Nothing. Every was fine

I liked that they had a private hot tub in the terrace. They bring the breakfast to your room. Comfy beds. When the staff asks at what time you want certain things, such as breakfast or turning on the hot tub, they don't comply. The shower was very noisy. There were a lot of splatted bugs on the ceiling. Also, they try to make you change your reservation to do it directly via the hotel, and not third parties.

The location, efficient and pretty space, and the views were amazing. The breakfast delivery was a treat and made us feel like we were being taken care of. Constance at the front desk was especially kind and helpful, given we had to use google translate often and needed some extra help with a couple of questions. There was an intermittent but at times very strong and persistent sewer smell in the bathroom. We mentioned it to the owner but didn’t hear back. We were able to manage it with the fan on, window open and bathroom door shut, but it is a problem that will need to be addressed asap.

Fantastic views , amazing clean rooms. Peaceful , relaxing and private. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast was totally disappointing ! Small small portions for two people, simply not enough. Very basic. But it didn't ruin our experience as the hotel is just beautiful.
