The location was great and the host helped us find parking and great restaurants. He also helped us with a map and suggestions of how to navigate the area. His dad made us a nice breakfast and both were friendly and kind.

Exceptional! Nicola even greeted us halfway to the hotel to make sure we didn’t get lost! It had been in his family for generations so could share with us stories from his father and grandfather. We stayed in the “grotto” room which was so special! We loved it all

Nicola was so kind and informative. He even offered to carry out suitcases down the stairs! Nicola is a perfect host for Matera. He gave us maps, marked each site, and informed us how to be very productive to see the most beautiful sites. I felt like we were welcomed as family. Breakfast was perfect with tomatoes from his garden. Fiorentini B&B is centrally located, but quiet, cosy and perfect for those who want a glimpse of the past with all of the comforts of today. Nicola is a warm and welcoming host. He makes the stay the best. It was perfect for us.

The property is excellent and very well located. The owner showed all the places to go in map and at the end he ride us and our luggage to our car which was parked several blocks away. Very nice detail!

The location was central to everything in Matera. The owner was very helpful and quickly responded to messages. He helped with finding safe parking and even followed me to a parking spot and rode me back on his motorcycle. They drove me back to the spot 3 days later with our luggage. We asked about the best spot for sunset and the owner drove us there and picked us up. Also, he allowed us to use his freezer for our limoncello. Nothing

The host was amazing, very accommodating, and knowledgeable of Matera! We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning and found our room to be extremely clean and comfortable.

Perfect location in the old city but still near the main square and free parking. Great spacious rooms. The owner Nicola was amazing, preparing a wonderful free breakfast, guiding us where to go, even driving us back to our car on the last day. This hotel is a “Must Stay” for anyone visiting Matera, and the owner Nicola turns a great stay into a Fabulous heartwarming stay that guests will never forget Nothing, it was perfect
