There is foul smell in the bathroom coming from the drain pipe. This should be fixed urgently. Keeping the blower on does not do the job. The bed is uncomfortable because the mattress is too soft and underlayment

The staff was polite and professional, cleanliness was not so good, food was excellent. Cleanliness & facilities functional, fridge was not there.

The rooms are clean & specious. Staff are well trained. Food is also of good quality & test Location is little bit away from city.

Spacious. its an apartment converted to Hotel. Nice outside view. Away from city, traffic, noise. Food was good. Staff are friendly. Toilet/Bathroom are good but don't expect it to be like a 3-5* star hotel. Service is OK(not v good). better for people with own vehicles We stayed for 2 days Service is not v good. The cleaning staff came once and we asked to clean later. But they didn't show up again. even asking the reception and requesting didn't help. we gave the keys to reception and asked them to make it clean while we were out. when returned at night, the room were untouched.

Beds were big Everything was stained and felt dirty. Room heater could not fit into any socket in one room Bathrooms were very tiny

Nothing to specifically like about, the behaviour of the staff like security, Service boys was nice. But reception desk was just there to seek more and more money The Matress were too soft and not cleaned properly, Wash room not clean, the walls in bedroom were dmap walls and too smelly of moisture. kitchen was mentioned in booking but there was nothing in the kitchen. no response on phone from reception desk. Over all too costly for the quality of property and when you stay in these type of properties the motive of coming to vrindavan spoils. they are too commercial and didn't maintain the quality.

Overall experience is good I have demanded tea by kitchen service, tea was very bad. Looks like it was prepared at least 8-10 hours before service. One thing more to improve is readiness of rooms, it was not at time. Sofa needs to be covered as they are not clean as bed.

Noting to like in it . Location is far away from city center. No local transport available. It is not a hotel or resort. It is just a building with two bhk apartments which they have taken some flats on lease. Wash rooms are very small and smelly/untidy.it is better to take homestay instead of this because it's price is very high incomparision to facilities that have. Not recommend at all.

I stayed in a family suit, which was exactly same as displayed in the pictures. I appreciate the cleanliness of the property and staff was extremely courteous. To my surprise, i don’t know why this property has some negative reviews. Food was good in taste and quantity(separate charges for food). Charges for food are on low side. The location is away from the crowded area and temples are within 10-15 mins distance. Staff arranged e-riksha for all who were staying there in just 15 mins time to visit temples. Overall it was a nice stay.
