First of all, hotel charged 2500 extra saying the premium room is temple facing, and it was just a parking view with temple far far away from the property. I asked them to add my breakfast in the room as they charged unnecessarily from me for premium room and they denied and did not consider our request. The staff wasn't cooperative. Paid 20k for 2 rooms without breakfast and premium room charge was a fraud.

we stayed in room number 229.Slope of bath room is reverse which created problem throughout stay .Staff is new hospitality part is missing. They even not checked guest arrival time instead of it they use credit card for payment.
