staff were good, cordial & sincere. Special thanks to housekeepers & Restaurant staff. Parking facility is inadequate & improper. Poor parking facility. It’s difficult to walk around post parking of car. Hard standing/ interlocking tiles at the parking is recommended .

Property is great , breakfast a wide selection . Lunch dinner on site ( extra charge ) . Great amenities. Though outside easy access for cars and close to town by rickshaw

Room size and layout were excellent. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. Staffs (reception, restaurant, cleaning, door) all are cultured and friendly. Menu of the restaurant is quite diverse and food is tasty. I will recommend this hotel to all the travelers coming to Vrindavan.

Nothing as such Staff very unprofessional and trying to trick guest to take maximum money and hotel is not upto money you are spending. I will suggest ppl to avoid reservation on this hotel.

Staff is polite, helpful. Convenient location. Staff is not well trained about MAP plan is on TDH menu. I was given false info that i can order from menu and can be served in room. They did not mention that its TDH menu and only at restaurant.

I recently stayed at BW Hotel in Vrindavan, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cleanliness, location, and staff were all top-notch. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast options were delicious, and the laundry service was convenient. They even assisted with arranging transportation, making my stay seamless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vrindavan and look forward to staying here again. All was good including breakfast and dinner. Bed mattress was lousy. It was too spongy. It needs to be better quality mattress to avoid any back aches or injuries to back or neck. Even the extra bed was not good. Mattress was a split mattress and it didn’t provide required level of comfort.

Everything about the hotel. ALL the staff made sure our EVERY NEED or want were MET. WIFI - slow and continued to get cut off (unreliable) - so we used our own HotSpot -

Suggestions over how to visit the nearby Mandirs was not upto the mark, they need to provide a better detailed overview of nearby markets and keeping it in right amount of cost also
