Location was central and convenient. Rooms were not bad. Breakfast was okay. Staff could be more attentive. We booked this hotel with high expectations as it is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. This is a 2.5 star hotel at best. My initial impression was disappointing as the room was dirty - the tables in the room had stains on them. The rug in the room was terribly dirty and old. Why keep a rug that it is so old and rundown? The outside hallway rug was also extremely dirty. Staff were very slow - we waited for our luggage to be delivered to our room for over an hour and had to remind them multiple times. Service in the restaurant is very slow. Overall, very unimpressed as it is an expensive hotel with subpar service. This hotel does not deserve to be a 4-star hotel - first and foremost, it is very dirty. The location was convenient but we had issues getting in and out of Vrindavan in a van - the police kept stopping vans from other states and asked us to take a cab which was extremely difficult. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped, but it was a nuisance. I'd recommend booking a hotel that's a little out of Vrindavan so as to not deal with the traffic police who were extremely rude. The Government can do better if they want the tourism money. I'll not stay here again. Don't be tricked by the 4-star rating.

Front desk staff refused to give the extra bed for the kids. Though our package included 2 adults and 2 kids and as per booking details stay for kids was free.That was totally unacceptable. As we were on tour for almost a month but other hotels and property never refuse to give extra bed.

The rooms were clean. The service at the restaurant was very poor,very slow. We had to wait almost 50 mins before our food was served. After that also some order was missing which never came even after finishing our meal.

Comfortable stay. Friendly staff & clean room. Drilling noise especially during afternoon. Was not able to rest. Had to leave the room and go outside.

I had booked with complimentary breakfast but on reaching the hotel I was told that my booking is excluding the complementary breakfast. Therfore, I had to pay extra for the breakfast. In addition to this, I had booked for two persons in each room but on the arrival of hotel I was told that my booking is for one person for every room. Therfore, I had to pay 2000 extra for 2 persons in two rooms.
