Very nice room with good breakfast close to the beach and free parking

Very well located and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. I arrived late so bar was very accommodating on providing me a meal. I wish we could have mini-bar at the rooms to keep medication, for example.

Well trained staffs, amenities, breakfast, the bar, modern rooms, great design and furniture, beautiful lights in the corridor and it smells good everywhere in the hotel. My bed was a little too hard for my liking. I’d love some foam on top. I probably should have asked. They would have done something about it. I’m sure.

Good location for visiting Lisbon, especially if you have a car. 25 minute Metro ride to the Trindade Metro stop in Lisbon. Free underground car parking. Small gym had treadmills, weights, mats, medicine ball, gym ball. Great grilled seafood options 3 blocks away. Levanderias and cafes in the neighborhood. Very knowledgeable and helpful desk staff. The shower drain was partially clogged, but they promptly fixed it. Attentive service made a difference.

First time staying at Four Points, and first time visiting Porto. This was a fabulous hotel, it had everything, including a coffee shop that had Eclairs!! It was located just a few mins from the beach, shops, and restaurants. There is a Smash Burger directly across the road. A Burger King just around the corner, some surf stores, a pharmacy, and a really nice garden coffee shop up the road. The staff were really great! I will definitely be going back again. The only critique I have is that they charge WAY too much tax on everything...'citi tax'. I ordered room service on the 1st night I landed - fries for Euro 4, and they charged me Euro 10 on top of that ... breakfast for Euro 13 per day, and they charged tax on top...they charge 'city tax' on everything... not sure if this is the norm, but it was a first for me. The breakfast could have had more vegetarian and gluten-free options. Although upon request, they would provide gluten-free bread and muffins.
