Not so clean

Nothing The floors were filthy and rugs and chairs were stained. Dirty wash cloths were left under the bathroom sink. There was red stuff on the ceiling. It was awful.

Never spent the first night there. The room was roach infested. Paid for 10 nights and they refuse to refund my money. ROACH INFESTED HOTEL

Got there and couldn't check in was told to try another

Nice size t.v That the staff , doesn’t clean properly. There roaches , the hallway are dirty .

Absolutely shocking the state of this place, if a health inspector would visit this place it should be shut down.

Staff was professional and Kind. My time there was calm and pleasant.

The lights weren't working in the bathroom, and the sink was leaking. And they have roaches infested bad. But overall, it was good.

The heater in my room did not really blow hot.

The room was dirty and infected with roaches… they were inside the refrigerator and in the bathroom, kitchen and shower. The microwave didn’t have a plate to heat up the food.

My mattress was old and had springs sticking out, could only sleep on one side of full mattress.,The refrigerator had knife stab damage,over 50.The microwave had no glass plate

It was farther from my destination than I expected.

The room was nice and clean. The area the hotel is in is quiet and safe. This area has an amazing shopping and dining experience. The hotel is well lit at night.

Everything was bad cockroaches I had crack heads asking me to give them money there were prostitutes telling me to knock on there room all night long there was yelling screaming banging all night there were people sleeping in cars throught out the parking lot I was at which was right near the office no staff there over night after moving my stuff in I went to desk because I wanted to check out because I didn't feel safe there abc Noone was there I called the emergency number told me she couldn't sh nothing fit me til the manager came in the morning so I called in the morning and he was really rude and checked me out of my room with out permission from me and wouldn't give me a refund because I was uncomfortable I basically got robbed I booked for a wh9le week and only stayed for 12 hours tops and still haven't heard back from corporate 7042916652
