Very dissatisfied, very unprofessional, very rude

Rooms cleaned staff helpful polite and breakfast fir the 4 mornings I stayed was excellent and parking was great and felt safe to leave my car also parking lot cleaned would def stay again 😊❤️

He room was clean, organized, well stocked.

I did not stay at the property. I left within the hour. The room was so stinking. I’ve never smelled like nothing like this. I checked out at 4:47 PM. I checked in about after 3 o’clock. I don’t think I stayed there an hour. This was the worst experience in that they wouldn’t give me my money back. I would never stay here again. It was awful. Awful Awful awful. my room smell like raw sewage. they sprayed in there in the smell, got worse that I could not take it and I had to check out within an hour and I would love to have my money back because I did not stay there. I was gagging to hold my breath because the smell was so awful.

Room was clean. Sparsely decorated. Strange looking furniture that didn’t seem match the room. Bed was on the hard side but was comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Limited amenities with ice machine and one vending machine located only on the first floor. A/C worked great.

I was in a room with a King size bed and pullout couch with a love chair. It gives the feel of an apartment with the option to close the bedroom door. My least favorite part was having to hear the highway while trying to sleep. My family and I were there for a weekend basketball tournament. The price could be a little cheaper given the location , but other than that my family and I were satisfied. The front desk service was pleasant which also is a plus,

Expedia messed up my original hotel plans. I did not originally choose the Wingate but the staff was so helpful and helped me feel better about my trip. The staff was very helpful and was accommodating in every way! If I go back that way again then this is where I will stay!

They did me wrong

This was my second stay at this location, it left a horrible impression. We had a nice room, but found the AC sounded like a Harley as the compressor kicked in. I called the staff at 2am to lodge my concern. I was advised the manager arrives at 730am and to speak to them then. I spoke to her and she said she would get maintenance to look at it. We were gone the entire day, same manager at desk when we returned. She said hello and nothing further. You got it, still had the Harley upon our return. So, no sleep for a second night. Same manager at checkout asked how our stay was... I said as the AC was still loud, horrible. I quote..."Oh... do you need a receipt?" That was it, no concern, no apology, just brushed off. I will not stay a third time. I will be going south 1 to 2 times a month, but will find new lodging for my stays. The lack of care was unprofessional. I won't go into details of the beginning mold on the bathroom ceiling...

We had an issue with our third party booking and a policy that could have made our check in process very complicated but the gentleman at the front desk really went above and beyond to assist in coming to our aide, it really made our day and got us into our room so much quicker.

The room was clean. My only complaint I had was, we could not get the temperature at the right comfort zone to be able to sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. TV was very small, the hotel in general felt humid inside, the elevator had no A/C, the floors are not carpeted so it was a bit noisy and would recommend staying on the top floor away from the elevator if you are sensitive to noise. No curtains on the windows- just pull down shades so light does come through the sides in the morning. Breakfast was basic, parking was fine. It is close by to restaurants and shopping. For the price it was alright.

We were happy with our king suite. The parking was always available over our 3-night stay. The staff was helpful with ideas for food and the breakfast they served was enough. The first day the bacon was crispiest we have had in a hotel.

From the help I received from friendly staff upon checking in, getting luggage up to my room, to the very clean and comfortable room, the attentive housekeeping staff, the great hot breakfast, to our checkout, everything was GREAT!

Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Only negative is the slight mildew smell in lobby and room

Everything about the property was great. Rooms were clean, staff was so helpful, the property was clean. Cons were and maybe not so much a con since I’m from California. The indoor pool was like a sauna and not refreshing and maybe caused by the outside humidity or the machine running which I wasn’t sure if a ac unit or heater since only heat was coming out of it. Another con and could have happened at any hotel on night 2, 3 police cars pulled up while me and my son were leaving. 2 females in bathing suits went out to meet them.

Real clean and neat. Customer service was great

We stayed during the week while my daughter was at basketball camp. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection. You can tell they are in the process of fixing things up, but overall it was a good stay.

Room was clean! Electric sockets where loose so charging phone was a problem! Shower head was loose.
