Had everything we needed for the short stay. Check in and out process was simple and quick. Room was cozy, adequate space and was overall clean.

sliding door to kitchette was stuck and wouldn't close. sink tap in the bathroom leaked badly.

Staff good and guided on necessities, Nice and Clean, Bathroom facilities decent, Balcony Nice, Prime location and close to all utilities, Value for Money. 4 of us, but no adequate towels and had to request and get it, toiletries not replaced or refilled despite requesting them to fill it to the house keeping. Cleaning everyday could have been better. Would not recommend this studio, unless it is a small family as preference of individual cannot be managed/accommodated in one open room. TV size too small for the large room. Suggest they turn on AC as it was too hot when we checking in the afternoon and it takes hours to get the room to cool. When requested for extension for one more day, the staff kept repeating himself and i decided to keep calm rather than explaining myself. Need to be bit receptive as communication could be a challenge with various origin people coming over. They need to install cameras in public areas, as group of boys drove inside fast at midnight 12 and was making noise. Bit scary for residents.

It was a extension of my stay to a 2 bedroom apartment from studio, it was perfect and i recommend this if you are travelling with family. Kitchen facilities and separate rooms were perfect. Parking plenty. Bathroom size big and good. Living room couch and charis needs to be re arranged as it was not comfortable to watch TV. Dining table right below AC and cannot sit comfortable and eat. Bedroom too hot and AC in living room may not reach and we need to keep it on at all times. Would suggest a fan instead in bedrooms. Outside balcony or patio, the chairs were broken and not cleaned Unable to used it. Wifi/Internet range in this room was poor. Need additional bath mats. These are suggestions.

Nothing about this place is appealing Everything was dirty, moldy showers, dirty sheets and blood on the curtains. I tried getting my money back but they refused a refund and have not spoken to me to remedy my complaint. Partly my fault for not inspecting the property asap upon check-in but we dropped our bags and enjoyed a day out in Newcastle and only finding out about how bad it was when getting back for the night. Suffice to say I will not be booking here again. Shame on them

We have stayed here many times and each time it has been very enjoyable. Was a very hot day when we arrived and would have been nice to have already had air conditioner on so room was already cool but can’t fault anything else.

The fact my room was given to someone else as soon as I walked through the door. And I went out for a day and found my door open

Do easy to get there and plenty of parking. Can’t fault it.

Great size room for a small family. Great air conditioning and bathroom. Clean and tidy.

Late check in was a breeze and staff were extremely helpful. Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. Will return again!

Very clean room, bathroom looked like new. Good to have microwave, cutlery etc.

We always stay here every 3 months. This time we were given one of the new rooms. We were very impressed and the room was to the high standards of the older rooms. The room and bathroom are large and very comfortable. Plenty of parking. One of the best in our opinion. Nothing to complain about at all.

Large space. Very outdated. Stove consisted on one electric ring, not suitable for cooking a dinner. Not very clean.
