Very friendly and helpful hosts. Treated us like family. No request was too difficult. A lovely hotel. Room could have been a bit larger.

Our gps had us driving in circles! Turn at the Sparks grocery store. Hotel was within walking distance of Main Street, restaurants and cable cars. We had a large family rom with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, sitting room and balcony.

Reception at arrival could be more informative about hotel and mayerhofen. Like spa using, etc

The people are so friendly and helpful. The duvets were too hot as the rooms were very comfortable temperature but, the duvets are very hot. Need smaller blanket options.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Quiet location but within easy walking distance to the Main Street in Mayrhofen. Clean, spacious room, with a large shower. Excellent breakfast buffet. Finally, the owner was very friendly, informative and accommodating.

Excellent location. Great service and warm hospitality. Good breakfast . Amazing view from the balcony. No kettle in the room and no refrigerator. I missed drinking tea/coffee on the balcony whenever I wanted.

Great location, good rooms, convenient ski room and parking. Thomas is a great host! Bar closes at 10 p.m., sauna doesn't have a cold pool.
