Beautiful location. Well kept hotel. Breakfast buffet could be larger (missing more fresh fruit, fried eggs, bacon etc).

This hotel is an absolute gem. The facilities are amazing, the garden offers breathtaking views, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is wonderful. More than anything, though, the owners made our stay truly special. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Even more impressive, they had just welcomed their adorable baby only two weeks before our stay, yet they still made us feel so welcome. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly! Nothing. I like everything!

A lovely hotel all around, a beautiful typical Austrian house to stay in. The inside was very warm and welcoming. A good layout downstairs, and easy to navigate around the hotel itself. Breakfast had lots of choice as well. Nothing

Bathrooms are very very small

Breakfast was a buffet style. Didn't expect much, it was satisfying. Hotel located off the busy area, yet close to the main tourist walk, restaurants, shops and gondolas. No tea/coffee maker in room! Small fridge wouldn't be a bad thing to keep my beer cold. Would be nice to seat at the balcony with my morning/evening cup of coffee/tea.

A charming, traditional family-run hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. I was doing the Berliner Höhenweg and they kindly stored my bag a week before my check-in — a huge help! Excellent breakfast, beautiful mountain views, and a warm Tyrolean atmosphere. A wonderful place to return to after the Berliner Höhenweg, or a day of hiking and exploring Mayrhofen. Highly recommended.

Very well kept property in excellent location near main Penkenbahn lift. Attentative and friendly staff. Perhaps a little more choice at breakfast

Lovely breakfast, helpful staff. Excellent home-made whisky. Quiet location, but not far from the main lift. The only small downsides were the insistence on cash payment for drinks. And fresh towels put in every day, despite my signal that I was happy to reuse.

Variety limited

When we arrived tired and hungry we were directed to a food truck in the car park. It was raining but we were told we couldn’t bring food back into the hotel, we would have to eat in the rain. Luckily we found a nice hotel nearby to eat. There were two beds in the room but only one was made up despite us booking two beds for father and son. When we asked for the other bed to be made up we were just given a sheet. Despite calling ahead and being told we could charge our car, when we arrived we were told that the husband had gone home and so we couldn’t. The next day we tried again a couple of times before we were told that we couldn’t bring food charge at the neighbours house - unfortunately that charger didn’t work. There is ample space for them to install a charger. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. All in all a bit disappointing.
