The hotel couldn't help us with laundry, which was a bummer considering that there was no laundry in the entire village. Storage of skiing / snowboarding equipment is not thought out.

Exceptional room & a very good size. Loved the furnishings, comfortable bed & great bathroom. Rooms have a balcony too. Easy parking on-site & a short 3 minute walk into Mayrhofen for dinner & strolling around this gorgeous town. Friendly, helpful staff & we would definitely stay here again ?
