Great family run property. Bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again :).

The staff were incredibly kind! The food was great and the menu changed every day. The location is amazing – just a 2-minute walk from the Penken lift. The ski storage room was excellent. The room wasn't big enough and didn't have heaters for the ski pants and coats. The closet only had hanging space. Apart from that, everything was great

A fantastic stay at the beautiful Hotel Viktoria & Landhaus Joggl. My son and I were extremely happy with our Winter stay at this hotel, the room was large and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom hosting a large excellent Shower. The location was fantastic for easy access into the town and to access the Penkenbahn for skiing, although we didn’t have time to explore Ahorn that lift was even more convenient. The ski room was clean and spacious with excellent boot warmers. The real highlight of the hotel is the food, all our evening meals were exceptional, with the Beef broth and Liver dumplings being a particular highlight along with the fantastic homemade ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful and thankfully spoke English much better than my very rusty school grade German. We like to explore different Ski Areas but if we return to Mayrhofen we will also definitely return to the Hotel Viktoria.

Location is outstanding! Cable cars and bars are all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful balconies and comfortable beds. Staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating, even if we as a group were certainly not easy with our extra requests. We were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of the dinner. The ski cellar is locked at night, so you should bring your stuff back before you go out to the bars. Time for dinner was quite early and short, but the quality was outstanding. Nothing to complain about at all!

Great location for skiing. Super food (too much) and lovely service They have a fantastic coffee machine but only serve basic black coffee for breakfast. Offering a cappuccino or latte would make breakfast special

The staff were amazing and the dinner menu was always delicious. My son's blanket had some chocolate cereals. Should have been thoroughly checked by the cleaner. The lack of tissue paper in the toilet.

The location of the hotel is very good: Very close to two major cable car-stations, very close to the main restaurant- and shopping area. Good public transport connections (train station: 20min. walk, bus stop to other "valley-locations- and cable cars": 5 min.). The absolute plus is: the location, but being in the centre of town, and down in the valley, the view from the balcony isn't that great. Staff appears to be rigid,, but when you slightly persisting, they'll help you with everything you need.

Superb location, just a two minute walk to Mayrhofen town center. Although the apartment was good, it was in a separate building which seemed to be mixed in with other hotels and residential properties.

A family hotel in a perfect location. It only takes 3-6 minutes to walk to the two cable cars (Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn). Gastronomy at the hotel is wonderful! There is a very good breakfast every morning and a 4-course menu in the evening (soup, salad buffet, main course with either meat/fish or vegetarian, dessert). The chefs prepare high-quality dishes at the level of gourmet restaurants. They use homemade products from their own farm. The Schneeberger family and the whole team were very friendly and helpful.
