Not too pricey Good breakfast Sauna Location a bit far from main gondola, but not too far (5 minutes walk). Best to hire a locker next to Penken Bhan for the ski equipment. Bed mattresses were too soft

This hotel is the perfect package! First of all - the location is amazing - 4 min walk from the penkenbahn. The rooms are comfortable, with a great bathroom and a nice view. The breakfast has a variety of food, including different types of bread, cheese, cornflakes, yogurt, fruits and vegetables. And finally - the staff is wonderful - always making sure your needs are fulfilled. Especially Monica - which was one of the best hosts I ever had!

Wonderful staff, good breakfast spread. I found the facilities to be cozy - my room faced the garden and mountain, which was nice. I don’t have any complaints - the room did get a bit warm, but that seems to be common for the area.

Bed was comfortable, rooms a good size. Very clean. Good shower and bath with nice hot water and power. Beautiful views of the mountains and cable car from the large balcony. Gluten free bed and lactose free milk waiting on breakfast table on arrival. Nice fresh fruit on offer. Quiet. Very close to the cable car. We had no soap in the toilet, and despite asking at reception for some, no one ever gave us any. We had booked the hotel partly for the spa facilities, but no one explained how to access these / opening hours / instructions for use. Breakfast was very Austrian with things like lard in a bowl, and some scrambled eggs, hams, but native German speakers seemed to be offered more options like fried eggs from the kitchen but we didn't get any such offers for some reason. Very hot rooms despite sleeping with the door open. No fan.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The balcony with the view of the Ahornbahn was nice too! A dedicated parking lot with plenty of space if you're bringing a car.
