Room was cute and clean . The lack of empathy and response to actual complaints about noice and chaos. Our reason for travel was a death in the family we didn't think that this had to be explained for us to get some real assistance, however there was other (children/kids) basically treating your property as a playground. We asked for help with the noise and honest concern too because they were actually fighting each other in the rooms at around 11-1230 and 3-4 this is way way way past any acceptable time to allow this kind of chaos. No help/Did not get any sleep/ was NOT offered any way to reach an actual manager so that I could get some real assistance the next day . We did not sleep .

Very Respectful Staff Very Clean Budget Friendly Hotel. Ruby & Rosi are one of Respectful with me being a guest at the hotel every day

Well Respected House Keepers & Staff at Front Desk Window The Gentleman (when I arrived) overnight Staff Member Ruby, Day Manager Rosi which House keepers are on point cleaning on the daily basis & Changing linen every 3 days which this hotel is fairly cheaper than Fiesta Inn & Texas Inn which i booked it at first in person than followed up Experia App. So I recommend the low prices during the Week and a couple more dollars for the weekends. Which has been an amazing experience at the La Copa Inn Hotel

Everything is great at this place literally your close to all the great spots here in McAllen. The Mall, Tru Fitis across the street, dollar tree store is also across the street and convenience store same side at the end of the road plus restaurants all around as well. Loved it. It’s quite, comfortable and cozy
