Esta decayendo el hotel, no hacen la limpieza de la habitación no te cambian las toallas, el elevado se fundió una luz y en 4 dias no la han podido cambiar. Muy mal

The staff was really helpful when getting new towels since the others had stains on them. When you walk into the room it wasnt cold, but between warm to comfortable. The room smelled like mildew and the restroom was covered in stains that ran up the wall.

Room was good and clean, I didn't talk to much staff, but were all kind to me. Over all great hotel to get a nights sleep.

The staff was friendly The room was hot the tv did not work the microwave filthy and didn’t work tv didn’t work then worked then stopped working then they changed rooms we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned the tub was dirty the toilet had urine in it spent a ton of money having to eat out because the kitchen didn’t work VERY DISAPPOINTING

I reserved my room a month ago I believe I get to studio 6 to check in I left studio 6 came back to the room at 10pm to rest n they give me 309 as my room I walk in and the whole room dirty beds not made no blankets no nun mold on the wall and restroom dirty n the whole room dirty I brought it to the attention of the receptionist and he went and check the room and saw I was not lying so he kindly called manager they offer me another room. It was clean but it was a nunsmoking room. When my reservation was with a double bed smoking room. But other then that it was okay and I was able to rest

They had all morning and the 5 hours I had to wait, yet the floor was sticky, the bed was stuffy, even the curtains/windows weren't cleaned. A/C barely made the room cold, and the stove wasn't fully operational(in which i could only use 1 stovetop)
