The location is good. The facilities are good. The parking. One of the facilities advertised was free parking. However, I was charged SAR 180 for parking after extensive negotiation, although the original charge was SAR 280. Anyone booking this or any other property in this location should confirm in advance that free parking is expressly included; otherwise, you may face an unexpected and embarrassing situation.

As great location very convenient even though walk to Haram was five min there were golf carts every few min available 24/7

The breakfast was great, the staff was very considerate and doing their best to ensure that customers get a pleasant experience. We especially felt a lot of warmth from Mr. Omar Farooq at the restaurant. The four bed-room we'd ordered had two make shift beds, which were not comfortable. Day 2; a more reasonable portable bed solution was provided in the same room. I have had better 4-bed room experiences than here. The king deluxe room was good.

Also i have paid more than total price in booking by extra 200 SAR and not sure why…

المكان بعيد عن الحرم الصدق فيه قولف كار كل خمس دقايق يجون بس احيانا يتاخرون واحيانا يصير سباق الفطور كان جميل بس كميه الناس كبيره والمكان صار مكتوم ما تقدر تمشي من الزحمه بس الخدمه ممتازه يقدمون لك كل شي ويدورون رضاك

I had an excellent stay while performing my Umrah. The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to Al-Masjid Al-Haram. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, making it a perfect place to rest after worship. I truly appreciated the hospitality and service throughout my stay. I honestly didn’t have any major complaints. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and my stay was very comfortable.

My stay was wonderful. The proximity to haram, facilities and staff are exceptional. Particularly the golf cart availability and pick up points are great for umrah purposes On the pricy side of things—but I guess am satisfied with the value
