Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staffs. There is parking with payable parking (SAR 140/day). Location nearby Masjidil Haram Little bit tricky to find Hotel parking entrance. Need improvement for breakfast menu, especially for Indonesian menu.?

We Had a negative experience at check in. The "guest relations" bent over backwards to make it up to us. Honestly if i could give more than 10 i would. حدث لنا شئ ضايقنا عند الدخول و خدمة العملاء تواصلو معانا وراضونا و بالغوا في ارضائنا حتى احرجونا لو اقدر اعطي اكثر من 10 بعطي Breakfast variety/freshness can do better

الفندق قريب نسبيا من الحرم خاصة من التوسعة الثالثة تعامل العاملين في الفندق ممتاز الأثاث قديم نسبيا العزل بين بعض الغرف غير كافي بعض الغرف ضيقة المطعم يوجد في B1 البيسمنت و يحتاج تجديد بوفيه الإفطار متنوع و لكنه مكرر و في بعض الأيام لا تجد شيء يناسبك و تضطر تطلب بيض الأضواء في بعض الغرف مزعجة عند النوم منها موقع جهاز الإنذار من الحريق فوق السرير

Everything about it, this is my second stay and won’t be the last. They are welcoming, supportive and the hotel is clean, maintained well and very close. Whenever I address a concern, they do their best to help out.

Exceptional customer service! We felt like royalties I am so overwhelmed by such courtesy. And special thanks to the waiters especially Kajol he is our hero! Loved everything!

Very nice and clean hotel close to the new extensions made in haram and it’s very quite but also very kind of close to the Kaaba from gate 68.very nice staff and very kind and helpful and understanding. Our check out was later and we asked for late checkout and they said no problem and they gave us discount for dinner without asking for one. Very nice hotel

Nice accommodation friendly staff, thanks to Taani ( hope I got name right ) the guest relation officer and Naadir for their kindness Mosque speaker wasn't connected to Haram ,the hotel should have Loyalty programe to reward regular customers
