I liked the suit. It’s looks like an apartment , it involves kitchen, washing machines, and dinning. I didn’t like that the hotel location was a little bit far from the haram, the transportation service was poor. I paid for the transportation fully but I didn’t get the service from makkah to Jeddah due to lack of communication. My trip was fast and short , the hotel couldn’t arrange a transportation to take a tour out of Makkah.

* ethics of chif Ali and chif Nada, also ms. Darwisha. * room size * check-in and out, the reception team attitude especially ms. Nada Alghamdi (duty manager), the experience was not professional and isn't the expectation especially at such holy place. * I also suggest to have golf cars for transportation to the holy mosque. * toilet size, is small.

The staff are great, beds are comfortable, Very small lobby, very small reception, very small restaurant , only 2 active counter for reception not enough, as well cleaners have huge loads which effect their performance

Location- suited my needs Speaker in the room super loud. Called reception to ask how to adjust and they informed me they’d send the technician. Took 3 calls for technician to come to the room. He then played with a switch on the wall and told me speaker is off. Turned out he moved it up to maximum volume!! Place is ok but too expensive, dated furniture, nothing fancy. Price is due to location I expect. Taxi wasn’t allowed up to the hotel, so had to walk uphill. Be prepared if you have luggage

Clean, comport, good menu for food, and very closely to Masjidil Haram It doesn’t have the way directly to Masjidil Haram.
