Although we visit Makkah every year, this was our first time staying at this incredible hotel, and it exceeded all expectations! The team took wonderful care of us, arranged early check-in, and gave exceptional assistance to my dad in his wheelchair. Easily the best hospitality we’ve experienced in Makkah! Staff is friendly... location is convenient if you are used to and fit to do a 15 min walk to reach Haram. One of the things I really liked is the parking however the spots are limited I think you need to arrange before taking your car. Nothing

The location is good it’s about 15 minutes walk to haram and the reception team was perfect especially Mr. Mohamed and Mrs.Ranem and the food was good as it is three stars hotel The room is narrow and the facilities in the bathroom are poor there is no holder for shower amenities and baskets In addition the number of escalators is not sufficient especially in the prayer hours

Good breakfast. The hotel is not crowded. Good type of people stay in it. Small room for 3 persons. No diafa(coffee , snags) at the hotel looby, unlike other neighboring hotels.
