Quick and early check-in silent ac Ac start slowly after 20 mins it start making u feel cool. No hot water, no tissues, no trolley to take ur baggage, no helper to take ur bags, shuttle service is not 24 hours I used only 1 time remaining I use taxi as we should work on th3 shuttle timings. If u miss its ur mistake and u should go by urself, the staff is only arabic no english, I just request to extend for 3 hours and charge half rent but they told even for 1 hour i need to pay full. So I vacate as the hotel was not that full but his rude behaviour. If u selecting for shuttle please dont go for this one. Only 1 service guy for full hotel. Who is bengali but talk only arabic. Sure I will not visit again.

Nothing is special bad are so congested. Distance between the bed are so congested. Bed sheets have stains. Some essential, water , tea bags and bathroom accessories are also not available. Waiting for the bus. Shuttle service is not available all the time as they promised 24/7. Shuttle service use for 3 other hotels. When it reached to hotel it's already full. After the Friday prayer shuttle service is not available as they said routes are closed....but how the other hotels shuttle service giving the service to the pilgrims.
