Location Staff behavior at the check-in counter is very rude. They shall be polite.

I found insects

The food was not so good and the bus didnt come many times

They say they have parking, but no!

Guests are so nice 1- bathroom was so old and not clean like shown in the pictures 2- bed sheets were used 3- bus timming to haram is random and when ask the reception about the bus, they say we don't know when it will come. I was using Taxi

Property was clean Staff was not friendly, they took time to register, there is one receptionist only

Cheap and worth of money Good

I liked this property because it’s very easy to find taxis anytime. I also appreciated how they offer dates and water when you come in around iftar time. I didn’t like how crowded the reception area gets. People often talk over you asking for room cards and the staff attends to them while you’re waiting, which turns what should be a quick one-minute issue into a 20-minute ordeal. The bathroom also didn’t have a floor mat, so water from the bidet can make the floor wet. The beds aren’t all the same firmness either, so some feel very hard and uncomfortable. Also, the room next door can literally have iftar right outside your door, which takes away some privacy.

It was clean and the location is good. They lied about the shuttle service. It wasn’t available frequently, both to and from Haram. Almost Every time I took a taxi to & from haram which increased my cost of stay.

washrooms need upgrading and need to have better beds

The location was good. Rate wise it was still reasonable but still on higher side when compared to the facilities and overall comparison with other neighbouring hotels The washroom was smelly and very small. room was also a bit tight with less space. The buffet breakfast was not upto mark in terms of quality, taste and items

Good price compared to the value Location. Transportation from and to the Haram was hurrible. We stay in the 8th floor, and the windows isn't locked and it was easily open which make it a major safety consern for a family with kids. Breakfast was very simple and way below avarage.

Nothing much Very less lift, need to wait for long during prayer times

Could not get a 4 bed room due to unavailability. Also the beds were not of same height so that we could arrange all the beds in same line.

Our stay was excellent apart from the parking

The entrance was clean and lift to rooms are frequently available. Mosque was also within the building albeit Imam was always missing so have to rely on the worker to do Jammat. Shuttle service was the worst and this makes this hotel a bad choice if you want to visit Makkah every day. Receptionist could not speak English and it was a hard work to find out anything. They were least bothered about the customer service and most of them are on their phones while on duty. They were clueless about the timing of the shuttle service. Kept making false promises that it would arrive in 20/30/40mins. I ended up taking cab for each ride that cost me between 20 to 30 Saudi Riyals. Breakfast was below average and at times there was no selections available if you are travelling from Europe and America.

I always prefer to stay at Batool Ajyad. Excellent staff, always helping and welcoming you with a smile. The facility of the shuttle further enhances its strength. Hotel and grocery store for basics at its front door.
