Location Parking issues

They were annoying at the time of checkout

Terrible service. Terrible service. They have multiple third party companies HIDDEN! When you arrive there is no direct check in with hotel. You have to wait for their “SUPPLIER AGENT” to come after 4PM and fight for one hour to get your room. Then wait another 1 hour for them to clean the room so you will end up entering your room at 5:30:6pm evening So disgusting and terrible experience. First time I have faced with such situation. The moment you enter the lobby if you see hundreds of people waiting or fighting that means same experience awaiting you there Good luck ??‍♂️

Location and hospitality Renew the furniture

- The hotel rooms are clean - Sttaff are cheerful - so close to the south gate of Al massjid A nabawi - there is a Gym - the food is the biggest issue, the quality is bad, low cost cheap products - the restaurant is understaffed, tou may find 1 person doing 3 pple tasks which generates bottlenecks along with bad to medium service quality

Nothing Following were in BAD condition Beds Bathroom And staff were not helpful at all, an instance- I put my Lugguage on trolley there were no helper to carry and then while I park my car and come back they threw my luggage on floor and took trolley ? When I complain to reception they say sorry we cannot control this !!! Will never book again

The cleaness of d hotel 1. The Hill is so treble 2. No wifi at all throughout my stay which is very difficult for me to communicate 3. No buses at all 4.staff not helpfull mostly they don't understand what u are saying more especially the cleaners

The room was small, and it wasn’t clean. No staff came to clean the room. only the location is good. but i prefer to go by walk.

Far away,the check in counter guy he was not polite but i dont know his name and there is nothing in the room no water tea or coffee

Location of the Hotel was perfect, Ground floor had literally every type of shops and room delivery cafe as well. Bus service was very good but you have to cross the road while returning from Haram. Quick Check-in was very helpful and staff made sure that Checkout is very comfortable due to Friday and Ramadan. Family loved the Hotel and this on the list for the next trip. Room's beds were very comfortable which made our trip more enjoyable. one of the room window was opening towards the road and was not sound proof and Ajyad road is mostly crowded.

They didn't even provide us the water bottles when we asked the staff to bring dental kit and bath kits they simply said this rooms have been booked by website if you book it from hotel reception then the rooms will be wide and they will provide each and every thin. the rooms was only for 3 persons they add one bed in middle it wqs tooo conjusted for us to manage in that room when we were trying to talk with hotel facilities staff they simply ask us to complain on the booking.com as because these rooms doesn't comes under hotel management

None long wait at the reception, careless for any request and disrespectful to everyone

Closed to Majid Haram, closed to shop.and and convenience. Price is very good if you share 3,4 people. Definitely is worth it .trust me I stay alone because I don’t any one to share. Is good .
