The hotel was clean The front desk was not good, they dont treat you like your customers. Always in angry mood, and the house keeping is not good, you keep calling them and they keep delaying.

Very good location I booked the hotel for ten days and paid all the money. Three days later they locked my room without notifying me. After searching for about an hour, I found out that my room had been locked by the management. I couldn't find any reason why my room was locked. The children started crying a lot and I felt very helpless in this situation. The room was opened after an hour but no apology or remorse was shown.

We were a group of 16 adults and all enjoyed our stay there and hotel crew made it even more enjoyable and comfortable especially brother Turki at the reception his smile itself makes you feel welcomed and tries to not say no to us. The wait at the lift after salah the people make very uncomfortable they keep pushing not the hotels fault though
