My sincere thanks to Mrs.Abeer .. Her hospitality work efforts is good

The stay in Elaf was wonderful. Only one problem was that my room fridge wasn’t working and I had urgent medication to keep them cold. Fridge was replaced after 3 attempts of repair which was not comfortable. My room fridge was not working and the hotel had sent me 3 different service guys to look at it and ended up replacing it only after I suggested that solution.

Everything is in order for the customer's ease. Neat and clean- no parking issue. Recommend for family.

Staff were nice. House keeping nice. Generous with supplies. Shuttle condition, timings, and dropoff location

Hotel staffs attitude. Especially Mr. BUGHARI assistant mgr, who has always smiling face and help my computer issues. Also front desk new employee lady, Ms. ASEEL with positive attitude to assisted guest. This is my 7th trip to this hotel. Hotel has shuttle bus to Jabal Kaba bus station Just little far from Haram.

The staff in breakfast good, but the Quality of food is not not good. Need big improvement. We only eat one day breakfast next day, we are not able to eat. The supply and response very slow, and Breakfast food is not good. We was hoping good breakfast but it was not a good standard, we wqant refund of breakfast charges.

Room only Staff are so ignorant

Great staff, comfortable rooms and overall an excellent hotel. Check in and check out were very easy. Shuttle service is great and there are small shops in the lobby they sell items for good prices. The breakfast buffet is good.

أقمنا في فندق إيلاف قنوان خلال زيارتنا الأخيرة لمكة المكرمة، وكانت التجربة مُرضية من جوانب عدة. الموقع في حي الهنداوية على شارع الأمير منصور هادئ نسبيًا رغم قربه من المسجد الحرام (حوالي 4.6 كم)، وهذا أعطانا راحة في التنقل دون أن نكون وسط الازدحام الشديد المحيط بالمناطق المركزية مباشرة. خدمة النقل المكوكية إلى الحرم كانت منتظمة ومريحة، وفرّقت معنا كثيرًا في تنظيم الوقت بين الإقامة والعبادة. الغرفة كانت واسعة ونظيفة، والتكييف يعمل بكفاءة، مع إطلالة جميلة من الشرفة. الموظفون كانوا متعاونين، والاستقبال سلسًا دون تعقيد إجراءات. بشكل عام، أنصح به لمن يبحث عن توازن بين الجودة والسعر والقرب المعقول من الحرم. لا شيء

تجربة ممتازة في فندق إيلاف قنوان بمكة المكرمة. الموقع من أبرز مميزات الفندق، حيث يبعد مسافة قصيرة عن الحرم المكي الشريف، مما يسهّل التنقل للصلاة دون إرهاق أو تعقيد في المواصلات. الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة، والتجهيزات الداخلية عملية ومريحة تناسب احتياجات الزائر سواء كان في زيارة قصيرة أو إقامة ممتدة لأداء العمرة. الخدمة الفندقية كانت متعاونة ومهذبة، والاستقبال سريع دون تأخير يُذكر. ما يميز الفندق أيضًا هو الهدوء النسبي رغم قربه من المنطقة المركزية المزدحمة، وهذا يمنح نوعًا من الراحة بعد أداء العبادة. بشكل عام، تجربة تستحق التكرار، وأنصح به لمن يبحث عن قرب من الحرم مع مستوى جيد من الخدمة والنظافة. لا شيء

Not that much good

The staff was very great in response and the room was neat and clean and everything was up to date especially the Air conditioning and the beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was also very cooperative and was available every time. They should make the time of Shuttle Service 24/7 and also try to change the bus stop because it is located at a Hill side area which is a bit tough for the elderly persons. Water pressure in the washroom taps need a bit of concentration The Washroom and Wuzu area of the masjid side should be cleaned just like the other areas of the hotel are neat and Clean.

The shuttle buses are far from the masjid haram, you have to walk a lot the wifi is slow

We had a good time. It's close to Masar and to bus station. The parking is for too small and have limited number of cars.

Cleanliness & clean Room & Clean Bathroom Breakfast 35 SAR good 1. I started my journey from Riyadh by car & while I reached Makkah temporary parked my car outside hotel & waiting in queue for long time (very slow process from front desk team) took more time & my booking amount earlier paid while the time of booking. one of receptionist behaving not good (really, I disappointed) due to this, I missed my Magrib Salaah in Makkah Haram. 2. Hotel Room & cleanliness very good, Breakfast good. 3. Location far from Haram (not suitable for Elderly people) Hotel Busses are once it full they will leave the Hotel & they will drop you near Anjum Hotel. From there you have to walk nearly 7 to 10 minutes. 4. Dinner, I ordered (Chicken Biryani) very good but little oily service very fast (appreciated) 5. Surrounding very difficult to get restaurants. Infront of Hotel there is a shopping mall But no restaurant 6. During my 2 days stay no Room cleaning. No slippers
